Now that’s not exactly what I’d call friendly customer service. It happened in the Bronx late last year:

Three 7-Eleven employees in New York City stripped, bit, and physically harassed a man they suspected had stolen something last year. The entire incident was caught on video and now, the man is using that evidence to sue the store.

In the video, the plaintiff, David Golson, alludes potentially to having taken a box of candy from the store, though he repeatedly says “I don’t have nothing else” and “it’s only one box.” Still, the employees strip him down to his underwear, tossing him around the store and biting him.

Here’s the video (WARNING: Some NSFW language).
