The Tennessee man was taken to a local medical center for treatment, and no charges were filed.

Anderson County resident Carlie Indmon Phillips, 45, was called to his sister’s home Sunday night because she thought someone was on her property, according to a sheriff’s department report. When Phillips tried to force a .38 caliber round his sister gave him into his .357 Magnum revolver, the round went off and struck him in the hand.
