Danielle Gendron, a witness at a Norwich, CT trial, was ushered out of the courtroom when she began to breastfeed her 3-month-old son, Maddox.

State law allows women to breast feed in public places and the workplace and Gendron says that despite this, she was made to feel deeply uncomfortable by the marshall.

‘I went to feed him and the marshal, just you know she immediately just waved me out,’ Gendron told WTNH…

The 25-year-old mom said that it is foolish to deny any mother the right to feed their child in public.

‘If we could all sit home with our babies 24/7 that would be great but no one can do that and no one would be asked to leave anywhere if they were giving their baby a bottle,’ said Gendron.
