nup-158205-0334-jpgThe collateral damage to all things Duck Dynasty continues to spread as a high-profile retailer decides to remove franchise-related items from its shelves:

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store has removed select products from its stores tied to the stars of the cable hit “Duck Dynasty.”

While the Lebanon, Tenn.-based restaurant company will continue to offer some products from Duck Commander, the business run by the Robertson family of the A&E show, they decided to remove certain products “which we were concerned might offend some of our guests.” …

Cracker Barrel said in a Facebook statement that they will continue to evaluate the situation surrounding the Robertsons as part of their regular evaluation of all products they sell.

“We operate within the ideals of fairness, mutual respect and equal treatment of all people,” the statement read. “These ideals are the core of our corporate culture.”

Meanwhile, ever-entertaining celebrity and FX sitcom Anger Management star Charlie Sheen has weighed in on Phil Robertson’s homophobic GQ tirade via Twitcom – and we have to admit, he’s winning!
