Man Shoots Up Florida Hospital: ‘Do You Guys Want To Die Tonight?’
Jonathan G. Rodriguez-Jeff stormed into the Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach with a shotgun Sunday morning, shot two nurses, threatened patients and then committed suicide.
[He also fired] multiple shots at a moving car and vehicles in the parking lot, according to the Daytona Beach Police Department.
He started by shooting the glass door to the hospital and, after entering the facility, he moved to the second floor, police said.
He found a patient and nurse and asked them “do you guys want to die tonight?” At some point during the incident he shot two nurses in the buttocks, police said.
