Police obtained a urine sample from Bieber following his arrest last Thursday, Jan. 23, when authorities said he raced through a Miami Beach neighborhood in a rented Lamborghini, cursed at a police officer as he resisted arrest and admitted to consuming drugs and alcohol.
The 19-year-old pop star pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license in Florida. Meanwhile, new police reports surfaced showing his alcohol breath tests were under the legal limit, even for an underage driver.
