Liberaland Flashback: WI Gov. Scott Walker: ‘God Has Told Me I’m Chosen To Cut Taxes And Stop Killing Babies’
Alec MacGillis in The New Republic writes “The Unelectable Whiteness of Scott Walker.” In the article, he explains why Walker will never win a national election. Here are some nuggets:
…by the time Walker arrived at Marquette, the Jesuit university in Milwaukee, he was describing himself as a missionary for the conservative cause. “He would literally say, . . . ‘God has told me I’m chosen to cut taxes and stop killing babies,’ even in casual conversation,” recalls Glen Barry, a classmate who went on to become a well-known environmentalist. On occasion, Walker would compare himself to the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr., noting that they were both the sons of Baptist ministers. In the 1990 Marquette yearbook, he said, “I really think there’s a reason why God put all these political thoughts in my head.”…
He and Tonette married on Reagan’s birthday, and every year they celebrate their wedding anniversary / Reagan’s birthday by serving the Gipper’s favorite dishes, such as macaroni-and-cheese casserole and red, white, and blue jelly beans…
In February, a court ordered the release of thousands of e-mails collected in a wide-ranging investigation by state prosecutors that has led to the convictions of six former Walker aides and allies…
…what was most striking was the casual racism of many of the conversations. One anonymous e-mail, forwarded by Walker’s then–chief of staff, went like this: “THE NIGHTMARE … ‘I can handle being a black, disabled, one armed, drug-addicted Jewish homosexual … but please, oh dear God, don’t make me a Democrat.’ ” Another compares welfare recipients to dogs: They are “mixed in color, unemployed, lazy, can’t speak English and have no frigging clue who the r [sic] Daddys [sic] are.” This message was forwarded around by Walker’s then–deputy chief of staff, who remarked that it was “hilarious” and “so true.”
In 2012, he took the unusual step of sending Mitt Romney a lengthy e-mail telling him what he was doing wrong. (He got no reply.)

I don’t care for Walker, but the author is stretching back to what someone said they heard him say when he started as a freshman in college. A lot of us said some pretty kooky things back then.
Among those emails – – – is there one from Walker to his chief of staff telling him to not forward any more racists garbage?

Gotta love Hearsay reporting WOW !!! Why didn’t this reporter file a FOIA to get all of Walkers Emails from when he was attending Marquette huh ? Then while she’s at it she can file a FOIA to get all of Boy Wonders records from Occidential for starters and we can compare notes then report on the Facts. As for the emails from Walkers former Chief of Staff while he was Milwaukees Cty Exec. and all the charges that were brought on his staffers (Not Gov. Walker) of which Gov Walker turned in his Staffers for there illegal use of emails ect….But see there was nothing in this story about that just trying to shed some light on BS there throwning at the Wall to see what if anything might stick……Gotta be careful BS can be very slimey Chit, If If’s & Butt’s were Candy & Nuts….Everyday would be Christmas ehhhh 😉

A REPUBLICAN judge stopped the inquiry into Walkers activities. Some of his records are or will soon be open to the public despite the efforts of Walker to keep them secret.
I’ll compare Obama’s accomplishments education wise to Walker’s anyday. Walker was a college drop out like a few other self important Republican politicians and media gossipers,

Whose gonna pay for Obamacare once Federal Dollaires dry up ? You got any bright ideas on how to pay for Billions aside from raising Taxes on Home Owners or raising any Taxes ? HC is not a right, but to recieve medical Attention should a person be in a situation where s/he might die if not treated will recieve Medical attention necessary. But if a Person isn’t working or is working and isn’t getting HC well they should take that up with there employer or perhaps find a better job with better benefits huh ??
The only people Killing Babies are Liberals who support PP and are and comtinue to use Tax Payer money to fund abortions……or all those Dr. Gosnells providing Abortions in some scummy back alley Dr. Office like Gosnell was doing where if they happen to operate in a Blue State, chances are they haven’t been inspected for decades or until they’re found out because some Women died as a result of the poor conditions the Abortion Doctors keep. How about Liberal Democrats start supporting Family unit vs. divding families, and start instilling some morals/principals about keeping they’re clothes on vs having more Babies they can’t afford to feed/clothe or take care of…….When they finally decide to stop all these Abortions going on in all corners of this REpublic we might start seeing a sea change in our Communities everywhere.

Perhaps even more so, since I happen to believe that no one in my family, and for that matter no human being should be treated like a disposable spare part for some corporation where if you cannot afford the critical necessities of life, then just hurry up and die.
You pro-birthers demand that babies be born, and then whine about how much it costs to feed, clothe and educate those babies while you simultaneously demand that we spend hundreds of billions of dollars on wars, bombs and killing people.

No one is killing babies. You want intact families? Reform welfare so fathers can stay with the mothers. Provide decent healthcare and training for real jobs. Enforce child support laws.
Dr. Gosnell was an aberration, most clinics are run properly and professionally. Provide cheap or better yet free, birth control. teach fact based sex ed instead of magic based nonsense.
All the babies you are so dedicated to force birth onto will starve under your agenda.
