An Ohio man is accused of driving a motorized wheelchair under the influence.

After receiving a tip about a possible drunk driver, police said they found Donald Law on the road without reflectors or lights. Law told deputies he was about a mile from home, and when they told him to get off the road, he is heard on video saying, “I’m not going nowhere, man.”

Eventually someone picked up Law, who was charged with disorderly conduct and faces a court hearing.
