Umm, if you don’t want to get shot and killed by police while waving a gun DON’T WAVE A GUN! I agree cops should be trained to shoot to wound not shoot to kill but come on waving a gun?

Umm, just maybe I am in Texas and haves seen local news coverage of this! She was waving the gun and that is why her nephew called the police. She got the gun to scare the nephew into allowing her to drive after the state took her D.L.. I agree she should not be dead, but I won’t criticize a cop for shooting someone waving a gun around. Oh yeah and the little old lady was very guilty of assault with a deadly weapon. I feel bad for her and also feel it should have been handled as a medical problem more than criminal.
