Former Congressman Allen West isn’t sure that a woman who lost her legs and use of an arm in combat is loyal to the United States.

Speaking yesterday with Janet Mefferd, West criticized Elijah Cummings, Adam Smith, Adam Schiff, Linda Sanchez and Tammy Duckworth, the Democratic lawmakers picked to fill the party’s five slots on the 12-member GOP-led “special committee.”

West especially raised doubts about Duckworth, a veteran who lost both of her legs and the use of her right arm in the Iraq War, raising suspicions about her loyalty to the country.

“Tammy Duckworth, you know I just don’t know where her loyalties lie, for her to have been a veteran and a wounded warrior for the United States Army, she should know that this is not the right thing and hopefully she will remember the oath of office that she took as an Army officer and not the allegiance I guess she believes she has to the liberal progressives of the Democrat [sic] party,” West said.

this man should have his testicles ripped off and dumped in a shredder.

    • granpa.usthai May 22nd, 2014 at 1:43 pm

just straddling him over a running shredder while pushing downward would be a more conservative use of what wasted time used, fahvel.

there’s a big difference between being discharged due to injuries like Duckworth and being pushed out of the service due to incompetence and/or ignorance like West was.
the boils on Allen West’s butt are not battle scares.

    • BanditBasheert May 22nd, 2014 at 5:36 pm

He was kicked out because he was unfit for service – it is unfortunate they didn’t Court Martial him and throw him in jail for the 11 years he would have gotten for the charges.

West, you are not qualified to carry the proverbial jockstrap of Lt. Col Duckworth.

I question your loyalties as you routinely demonstrate unwavering support for any delusional far right wing conspiracy theory that happens to be popular this week. You were a disgrace to the uniform you wore and you have the gall to question the loyalties of someone who served with honor and distinction? F*ck off!!

If I could press”like” 1000 times I would. What a sleezeball. This asshole was drummed out of the military and he questions the loyalty of a real military hero?

  4. EnuffBull May 22nd, 2014 at 12:50 pm

Mr. West, we know where your loyalties lie.

The empty space between his two front teeth is not nearly as vast as the empty space between his two ears.

bet this Thai Lady has more loyalty to the USA than all the WHITE RACIST Republicans (including those wearing a not pure Aryan WHITE skin) bunched together around Limpbags radio broadcast on any given day at any given grouping.

Tammy Duckworth is my congresswoman and we here in the 8th congressional district love her. I’m guessing Allen West is still miffed because she embarrased teabagger douchebag Joe Walsh in the last election.

There’s nothing that sickens me more than a Black trying to be a conservative.

Yeah, I agree with you. The nerve of someone who thinks their oath of alleigence to this country really means something. “Everyone” knows that they should bow at the feet of Obama and Clinton and pray for a quick end to Democracy and an early and full arrival of Socialism and Fascism. Those with brains [everyone else] know that within a year or two, there will be fewer gravy makers than gravy drinkers and then what? I’m retiring next month, so the Fed will have to make do with about $11,000/yr less in FIT. Be prepared for your gravy to be a little more watered down. Cheers!.

Yeah, I agree with you. The nerve of someone who thinks their oath of alleigence to this country really means something. “Everyone” knows that they should bow at the feet of Obama and Clinto

        ________

Do you HONESTLY think you’re saying ANYTHING new??

That’s EXACTLY what WE said about BushCheney and Reagan and say now about the GOP.

Are you really so narcissistic as to think that centuries old, common sentiments are suddenly special and unique when YOU express them?

As for Allen West, who is to say that it is not HIS loyalties that should be questioned.

        Don’t be such a sucker.

Hmmm. I’m not sure what that ha to do with my comment, but that’s been the case all along–rich getting richer, and the poor getting poorer. But my point was hat some Blacks will go to any length to market themselves as a conservative. take Allen west, for example. He’s trying so hard that he’s becoming unbearably obnoxious. in addition, most of them feel that they have to rubber stamp every position coming from the right no matter how outrageous it is. that’s not being a conservative, that’s called being a lapdog. But don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against conservatism, it’s idiocy I dislike. Besides, there are some conservatives I admire, like the the late Robert Novak. He refused to tow the party line when bush was making a mess of everything, while all the other high-profile conservatives, especially the black talking heads that the networks kept parading before the nation every night, pretended to support everything Bush did, only to consign him to the scrapheap of irrelevancy once he left office. Now you have a nice day.

Mr. West was FORCED to resign from the military rather than face Court Martial charges. He is unfit and unqualified to be considered a human being. From the CNN article:

U.S. officer fined for harsh interrogation tactics
Saturday, December 13, 2003 Posted: 6:16 AM EST (1116 GMT)

TIKRIT, Iraq (CNN) — The commanding general of the 4th Infantry Division on Friday accepted a U.S. military investigator’s recommendation and ordered administrative action against Lt. Col. Allen West, who was accused of using improper methods to force information out of an Iraqi detainee.

Following a military hearing, West was fined $5,000 over two months, according to West’s civillian attorney, Neal Puckett.

The punishment does not affect West’s eligibility for retirement and pension, Puckett said in a statement.

West, 42, will be assigned to the rear detachment of the 4th Infantry Division awaiting the processing of his retirement request, the statement said.

Maj. Gen. Raymond Odierno, the 4th Infantry’s top general in Tikrit, could have rejected the recommendation and ordered a court martial. If he were to be found guilty at a court martial of the two articles against him, West could have faced 11 years in prison, a military prosecutor told CNN.

The case stems from an incident August 20 at a military base in Taji, just north of Baghdad, when West was interrogating an Iraqi policeman, who was believed to have information about a plot to assassinate West with an ambush on a U.S. convoy.

    • Winghunter May 22nd, 2014 at 6:37 pm

Next time there’s an ambush, we’ll send you there to check it out instead of just scaring the crap out of the enemy.

      • dragontech64 May 22nd, 2014 at 6:38 pm

Next ambush, we can toss that POS West into and let him be dealt with as he deserves.

  11. BanditBasheert May 22nd, 2014 at 5:34 pm

A bit more about Mr. West’s “behavior” that got him kicked out of the military (Mr West is a BIG believer in torturing people he doesn’t like):

In testimony at an Article 32 hearing — the military’s version of a grand jury or preliminary hearing — West said the policeman, Yahya Jhrodi Hamoody, was not cooperating with interrogators, so he watched four of his soldiers from the 220th Field Artillery Battalion beat the detainee on the head and body.

West said he also threatened to kill Hamoody. Military prosecutors say West followed up on that threat by taking the suspect outside, put him on the ground near a weapons clearing barrel and fired his 9 mm pistol into the barrel.

Allen West is always questioning someone’s loyalty. I’ll bet all dogs hate him.

  13. Maxx44 May 23rd, 2014 at 1:57 am

A man who disgraced the uniform has the cajones to question Duckworth’s loyalty?

This really isn’t the Benghazi Committee. It’s the Republicans Get There Asses Handed to Them Committee. The perfect place to play “and so?…..”
