    The people who did not have the gun locked up should be charged with some kind of crime. An unlocked gun is a temptation for any child! Just another sad story who’s families lives are changed forever over an unlocked gun. Sad

      2 caes in North Ca. – kids killed by not secured guns. 1 was child of regular citizen-charged -1 was child of cop -loaded and ready in garage – not charged + Demand equal rights and responsibility!!

    I am a Legal gun owner who thinks the owner of this weapon should be brought up on charges and jailed.. There are no excuses.

    Meantime, legally armed swarms of SWAT teams across the country were doing things like shooting an innocent granny dead in their bed in the worst neighborhood in here city who thought there was an intruder crashing down her door with a no-knock warrant with a wrong address, and nobody got charged. And control freaks were nowhere demanding that SWAT teams be disarmed.

    Police and feds have been killing more innocent people across America than troops dying in Great Leaders wars in five countries (Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, and Pakistan).
