These two police officers had not “treaded” on anyone. These fringer folks seemed to have a meth problem? Meth and guns don’t mix.

    • lowercase_ryan June 9th, 2014 at 12:36 pm

      What does mix with guns?

      • KrisMurphyBlountCountyAL June 9th, 2014 at 3:48 pm

        Sobriety and responsibility. Also, caution.

        • lowercase_ryan June 9th, 2014 at 3:53 pm

          true, good answer.

        • JCF June 9th, 2014 at 4:54 pm

Sanity. NOT fighting reasonable gun regulations. Having nothing to do w/ the NRA. These things all perfectly describe my father, a combat veteran.

          • KrisMurphyBlountCountyAL June 10th, 2014 at 12:52 am

What these two people did with their guns was very illegal…murder being the most illegal thing a person can do….murder is illegal in all 50 states….illegal in all cities. But that law did not stop these murderers.

Carol Bundy, the rancher’s wife said the shooting and the April standoff against the federal government were not linked.

She said, “I have not seen or heard anything from the militia and others who have came to our ranch that would, in any way, make me think they had an intent to kill or harm anyone.”
…er..um aside that pointing rifles at federal officers thingy.
Getting kicked off the Bundy ranch is analogous to being asked to leave a waffle house for dress code violations.

more fellow Republican WHITE fellow citizens just like US, right, WHITE Senator Rand Paul (R) Kentucky?

  4. arc99 June 9th, 2014 at 11:00 am

Once again we see that the simplistic talking points of the NRA and its apologists, do not hold water.

Two good guys with guns (cops), were having a bite to eat. Their guns did not prevent them from being victimized by two bad guys with guns, who for their entire adult lives up until the time they murdered the cops, were also good guys with guns; even “patriots” in some peoples’ bizarre view of the world.

More guns do not make us safer. I don’t know how that can be made any more clear.

They were weird people, Monroe said, adding that he thought the couple used methamphetamine.

    Thanks again, Teabaggers.

Meanwhile, down on the Texas border, your guy Obama continues to aid and abet lawbreakers.

      • wpadon June 9th, 2014 at 1:05 pm

My guess is that you would be OK if Obama allowed Saudi terrorists to fly airplanes into buildings like your messiah Bush.

      • William June 9th, 2014 at 2:53 pm

Meanwhile, down on the Texas border, your guy Obama continues to aid and abet lawbreakers..
What exactly does the Texas border and the president have to do with the senseless murder of three people by right wing lunatics?
You and your ilk complain about the wide spread belief that baggers are simply angry, butthurt, mouthbreathers. Instead of dispelling that notion, you do your very best to reinforce it.

  8. Obewon June 9th, 2014 at 12:02 pm

“I guess I am a terrorist”-Cliven Bundy to FNC’s Eric Bolling who accidentally proved Senate Leader Reid correct before the Bundy Ranch Mass Murderers killed two police officers and an unarmed lady! Even Reagan & GHWB Advisor Bruce Bartlett correctly sums up crazy tea party Gadsden flag worshipers.

    There goes Hannity’s guest tonight.

  10. John Tarter June 9th, 2014 at 12:54 pm

“Thrown off the Bundy ranch”. Now that ought to tell you something that these two clowns were so extreme they were shunned by the patriots who had a legitimate grievance against an out of control federal agency.

    • arc99 June 9th, 2014 at 1:23 pm

“legitimate greivance” is in the eye of the beholder.

picking up a gun because you do not want to obey the law, hardly seems “legitimate”.

criminal certainly. terrorist, possibly. legitimate, no.

    • jasperjava June 10th, 2014 at 1:28 am

Or, they were so extreme that even the gun-crazy ultra-right-wing extremists thought that they were too extreme.

      It happens.

  11. Ron Jackson June 9th, 2014 at 1:30 pm

These two were terrorist, and the fact that the media is failing to call them what they are is truly a problem. Had they been Muslim or Black, faux news and the rest of the right wing would be running with it non stop,

    • arc99 June 9th, 2014 at 1:59 pm

we don’t even have to deal with hypotheticals. we have already seen the right wing reaction when two black guys show up at a polling place, exercising their 2nd amendment rights carrying billy clubs, and have the audacity to open doors for women.

    • Tom Ward June 9th, 2014 at 4:55 pm

You are correct but I think it’s because religious terrorism and anarchist terrorism is different. These two seem more stupid than anything else, though. Stupid, evil, and cowardly enough to shoot a guy refilling his soda in the back of the head, execution style, without any warning.

      • Ron Jackson June 10th, 2014 at 12:21 am

The right wing does practice religious terrorism, these people will consider themselves to be christian warriors, you have a right wing propaganda network that tell its paranoid viewers that their faith is under attack, and they make a hero out of tax dodger and help to fan the flames of hatred for the government, and then they attract a mob to come fight an imaginary war,and they wonder why it is the very people they pander to then go out and commit acts of terrorism.

At one time, it was the flag of revolution. In the 21st century, it’s the yellow flag of treason.

Funny….I just heard that we sent back to the battlefield (a year before we pull out), 5 murderers, one of whom is wanted by the UN for war crimes? How could that be?

      • William June 9th, 2014 at 5:04 pm

Maybe you could post a link to back up your claim?
        Thanx in advance.
