Privatize the lunch program! Capitalism should win out!

If the child’s account doesn’t have enough in it to pay for the full lunch, they should get the full lunch anyway – without saying a word to the child – and send a letter to the parents notifying them its time to refill the kid’s lunch debit card. The cafeteria worker should be fired. What was she thinking? It’s better to throw this lunch away than give it to a hungry child. A person like that has no business being around children.
