When most people think of a toilet seat, they think of sitting their keister down on it when nature calls. But not for one Houston man! According to court documents, Luis Ortiz allegedly broke into his brother-in-law’s home and began beating him with a toilet seat. Ortiz continued to beat his victim even after he fell to the ground.

…29, is charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit assault. According to the victim, Ortiz’s brother-in-law, Ortiz came to his home in the 14200 block of Texarkana Street back on June 24 at 8pm.

According to court documents, Ortiz banged on the door, but his brother-in-law told him to go away. Ortiz then reportedly broke through the front door and began to use a toilet seat to hit his brother-in-law.

Investigators say the victim fell to the floor and Ortiz continued to hit him.

Ortiz is in custody. There’s no bond in his case.”

    Just think of how this guy was deprived of his God Given 2nd Amendment right to open carry by those cruel and unconstitutional Texas laws. If only OCT was more successful in their demonstrations, he would not have needed to embarrass himself with this ineffective and unmanly makeshift weapon.
