The young Baltimore mother is trying to make sense of the senseless.

“I lost my child. What more can I say? I didn’t get to experience anything with her,” said Nina Epps, victim’s mother. “You can only imagine what I’ve been going through–nonstop. I can’t get over this.”… Police say just before 4 p.m. Friday a vehicle pulled up to [an] intersection, engaging in gunfire with someone standing on the corner. One of those bullets went flying up the street, striking three-year-old Mckenzie Elliott while playing on a porch, along with a 21-year-old female. The female victim survived, but three-year-old Mckenzie died just hours later at a nearby hospital.

I’ve run out of snark on all the gun violence and death. I’m pissed and sad. Poor little kid.

    Tragic, because guns.

Is it tragic because of Guns, or because the criminals used guns. the story reads that the people in the car exchanged gunfire with the person on the street. Seams to me this is gang related.

So is it a Gun issue or a violence issue?

And if gang members die, as we all know, it doesn’t count! Their lives hold less value, after all!
