In a follow-up on our earlier post about an Open Carry activist who brought a loaded weapon into Kroger with a baby in his arms, let’s take a glimpse into his highly disturbed train of thought.

This is how Tyler would handle the border crisis, with children fleeing from violence. Tyler just had a baby who is not fleeing from violence, however, his parents believe they need guns to protect their child from the evil gubbermint.

[su_center_ad]On his Facebook page is a Confederate flag, because of course. A possible family member (perhaps his wife) explains in the comments, “I am a firm supporter of slavery except I don’t want to use blacks…. I want to use liberals and those with skewed worldly views. Seems like a win-win situation to me.”

Winning!

On Twitter, he explains how he’d like the children fleeing from violence to be murdered.

Here he is discussing why he’s using his baby as a shield.

Guns and God.

We need AR-15s because iPhones, that’s why.

I use an Android, thank you very much!

After Tyler Lance Craddock bragged on Facebook about bringing a long gun into a Kroger store while carrying his infant child, the response wasn’t in his favor.

Yeah, um….no. My husband and I are gun owners. Please, please, don’t be on our side. You are an embarrassment and are doing so much harm to your “cause”. If the Second Amendment is ever repealed, you can look to yourself and others like you as the root cause.

Linda wrote:

I don’t like guns but I do support the constitution and your right to have them. However, I would like to know what is going to happen to that baby if you need to shoot at someone, Tyler Lance Craddock? Is he there to be a human shield, to deafen or something else? If someone shoots at you, he would be the first one shot and if you shoot back he would be deafened. I wonder if his Mother has thought about any of that?

But Open Carry Texas wrote, “Proving that an armed society is a polite society.”

Just one question, Tyler. Did you ever think of joining ISIS?

This bit of theater that Tyler cast his newborn child in as a leading actor, was simply to piss off Moms Demand Action. You know, even if it kills his child.

i usually have my wife push him. this was specifically for the women at moms demand action to rub it in their faces that kroger told them to back off (hence I’m smiling and my AR is strapped to my back) every other time my baby is in our stroller with my wife

And so, if a bad guy with a gun walked into Kroger, he would look equally complicit. In fact, Tyler would look worse because his baby would potentially be blocking a kill shot by an intruder. Now that we’ve written two posts about Tyler within 24 hours, will he now use his wife as a shield, too, just to piss of gun sense groups?

Kroger, you have a problem. It’s us — who shop in your stores daily — or a gang of paranoid gun humpers. Your choice.

Big thanks to my contacts who shall remain anonymous. [su_sky_ad]

Bundy is posse comitatus. Posse comitatus came out of the white supremacist and christian identity movement. So, yeah, the whole reason for their existence is racism.

Bundy is a rancher, like the other 50 that got forced out of the business. like CNN, you’re adding things that aren’t there.
he had a black guy staying in his house when all of that went down. race was never a factor. divide and conquer doesn’t always work.

          • Obewon August 30th, 2014 at 11:55 am

“Well I guess I am a terrorist”-Bundy is a Welfare-Rancher who lost every BLM court case since the 1990’s! His “ancient homestead” was first bought & ranched by his family about 1948. Bundy’s entire ranch is whole 1/4 mile by 1/4 mile!

A few desert prairie chickens is all “his land” could raise without ripping off taxpayers for unpaid grazing at the Federal Give-away cost of $3 per cow-calf pair per month Vs the “Free Market” rate of $15+ per cow-calf pair per month! (He hasn’t paid since the 90’s!)

Welfare Rancher Bundy: ‘Let me tell you about the negro’ “And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do?” he asked. “They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”-Bundy is a welfare queen and a scofflaw terrorist! http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2014/04/cliven-bundy-wants-to-tell-you-all-about-the-negro/361152/

Linked facts proves Bundy is a liar, a racist, a hypocrite and a Welfare rancher scofflaw. My favorite was Errant Bolling interviewing Cliven Bundy on FNC where he proves leader Reid Correct “Well I guess I am a terrorist!”-CB!

You’re an easily debunked fool. And you know that Chinese Solar project the airheads say was encroaching on Bundy’s ranch? It’s 100+ miles away near Bullhead City & was cancelled by the Chinese in July, 2013! Lol! http://www.snopes.com/politics/conspiracy/nevada.asp

You’re no Ninja that’s for sure. You’ve well proven yourself to be an uninformed ignorant shithead who can’t debunk any of the 100% facts I posted and linked. Boom! Now go shoot yourself.

I cited many globally repeated peer-reviewed studies all proving the same facts of cons average -11.6 I.Q. deficits. The only way to disprove these peer-reviewed facts is with another peer-reviewed study:)

And you’ve got zip worshiping well-proven liar Bundy’s obvious ‘Let me tell you about thew negro, …Slavery is better’ racism:

Cliven Bundy excerpt is obviously RACIST: “…And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom.”-Bundy is a welfare queen, scofflaw and admitted “Well I guess I am a terrorist!”-Cliven Bundy thief, racist looser claims land his family bought and first ranched in 1948 is “Ancient ancestral homeland”-What’a dope.

They are all lies based on political ideology and conviction, not on science. Contrary to what they may have told you, it is very unlikely that money, promotions, the corner office, social status, and political power will make women happy. Anybody that supports Bundy isn’t very accurately informed. Cons ‘trickle-down’ corporate welfare queen policies have rotted America since 1981. So your “rotting” fantasy isn’t accurate either as the March, 2014 BLS easily illustrates, of today’s 10 M+ private jobs created in 54 consecutive months of private jobs growth ties the record! https://www.flickr.com/photos/speakerpelosi/13630053153/in/photostream/

          • nvrbl August 31st, 2014 at 12:13 am

Divide and conquer? Really? Why do you think Bundy started going off on “the negro” totally out of the blue.

          • nvrbl August 31st, 2014 at 12:06 pm

Somewhere along the line, Bundy was radicalized and he says that he refuses to recognize the existence of the federal government. Bundy has a tentative grasp on reality and is thus susceptible to delusions of grandeur. His opinion does not override the law.
With growth and development comes change, not all of which we like. Bundy has no guarantee that things will not change. Like the rest of us, he needs to adapt.

        • missskeptic August 30th, 2014 at 9:18 am

You, like many 2nd Amendment fellators, believe that Democrats are the problem, that no Democrats have ever owned guns or ever will own a gun. You are completely misinformed and it will cost you and the NRA a lot of support over time.

          • I'm A Ninja August 30th, 2014 at 11:28 am

actually, criminals in positions of power, who want even more power, are the problem. and why would anyone believe that no Democrats ever own guns? Every single elected official that’s shouting for more gun control has a concealed carry permit.

            I am far from misinformed.
the NRA is costing themselves support, because they keep compromising, and we keep losing our rights part and parcel.
the 2nd is just one of many, and they’re all under attack.

Wish I had a Kroger to boycott in my area.

    • Tommy6860 August 27th, 2014 at 6:36 pm

Kroger’s home base is in the Cincinnati area and that’s where I live. Although I live in N. Ky, I have yet to see anyone ever open carry around here, let alone assault weapons in grocery stores.

      • MIAtheistGal August 27th, 2014 at 8:16 pm

I live a stone’s throw from a city where two women were gunned down in a grocery store. Neither woman knew the shooter he just went off. Guns in grocery stores understandably make people nervous around here.

  3. Tommy6860 August 27th, 2014 at 6:33 pm

That one FB comment he made, “Self reliance vs being dependent. as for me and my house we will work hard, love God and each other and we will not depend on any government entity for protection or education. It’s called responsibility. (verbatim)”

WTF, this guy is already a sovereign-er and his definition of responsibility is telling. So when a crime is committed against him he will take action on his own and not depend on government (aka known law enforcement). It’s these kind of people who are becoming the most dangerous to our society. This guy is also the epitome of what home schooling can do to the brain!

    • edmeyer_able August 27th, 2014 at 6:45 pm

He claims to be sovereign but says his right to carry comes from 2A….oh the irony.

      • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 11:40 am

He is wrong. His right to “carry” (e.g. own and bear arms) is a basic right from our maker and can not be taken from us by government. In the US, that fact is explicit in the Bill of Rights.

        • edmeyer_able August 29th, 2014 at 12:16 pm

judges have ruled that law enforcement officers have no responsibility to protect citizens.

and home schooling, by all measures, produces a more well-rounded and productive citizen than any public school. Common Core and No Child Left Behind are producing the dumbest generation so far.

this guy is kind of a d-bag, but he is also an atypical example of the group you’re trying to demonize with your stereotypical Leftist talking points.

    • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 11:38 am

“So when a crime is committed against him he will take action on his own and not depend on government”
You know of course, SCOTUS has ruled that police/government has not duty or responsibility to protect any individual. And as a practical matter, criminal violence is usually over much faster than a call to 911.
So, any responsible person will defend themselves from a serious immediate threat (e.g. take action”) prior to any contact with police.
I use to be very against the idea of home schooling, however, “common core” has shown me the error of my ways.

just because you may have gotten a good deal on a missing Military armament from a LE arsenal doesn’t exactly mean it’s yours. Stolen property of the people actually belongs to the people via our designates instead of filthy, slimy, brainless ammosexuals who would place their infant child in the line of fire. That’s why I’m very disappointed with this POTUS and this DOJ for allowing so many of the missing armaments to be gleefully shown at Nevada, only to disappear back to the various white racist compounds.

    • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 11:27 am

Do you have any proof that any of stolen armaments?
In fact, the AR-15 was sold to civilians long before the military became interested in the rifle. Since our leader, left unguarded 20,000 M16A2 rifles in the Middle East last year, may be you should be directing your anger to Holder and Obama. I am sure some of the ammo that was included, is being returned to us.
Can you tell me why gun control people always start name calling?
In a name calling contest, I suspect that gun owners could be a lot more creative than “ammosexual”.

I can make up words too. Maybe I can think of a word to describe ammophiles who have an unreasonable fear that the gubmint is gonna take their guns from them. But I just think I’ll just stick to the tried and true paranoia.

        • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 4:40 pm

“unreasonable fear that the gubmint is gonna take their guns” –
Not so sure as what “gubmint” is, but we have real examples in the US where guns are being confiscated by government. In places like CT, where people registered their guns and the new laws make that model illegal, had the choice to sell the gun across state lines, destroy the gun or turn it in to the state. This is another reason that gun registration is not something that should ever be permitted.

      • missskeptic August 30th, 2014 at 9:12 am

Tell that to the black guy who was gunned down in Beavercreek, Ohio, while holding a TOY gun sold at WalMart.

        • TexTopCat August 30th, 2014 at 9:26 am

Exactly caused by anti-gun activist that made a false report to 911, And two people died as a result of that SWATTING by MDA. His skin color (the same as the police officers that shot him?) had no bearing on the lawlessness of the anti-gun crowd.

          • missskeptic August 30th, 2014 at 9:39 am

Excuse me?! I’m pretty sure the guy who called 911 did NOT gun this man down without warning. The police did this, with NO warning, the guy was on the phone not even looking at them. I don’t know how, even in your warped sense of the world, can call so called “anti-gun” crowd lawless – the 2nd Amendment does NOT say that people MUST carry a gun in public or anywhere else – how does NOT carrying a gun make Americans “lawless”? BTW, I’m not anti-gun, although I am anti-stupid.

          • TexTopCat August 30th, 2014 at 9:53 am

The 911 call reported the man as threatening with a rifle, the police came with the expectation that there was a major problem where people were threaten. One of the statements was “I am afraid he is going kill everyone in the store.” Yes, the police apparently believed the report and acted as if there was an active shooter in the building, So, I can agree with you that the police may have acted improperly, However, the 911 caller caused these two deaths by a willful act with the intention of getting someone hurt or killed.
A case very similar happened here in Texas at a Jack In Box where the caller just drove by and called 911 making such false claims. In the Texas case she was proven to be a member of MDA and claimed to be acting on directions from Shannon Watts,. When the SWAT team arrived expecting to find mass killings of the JIB employees, where were all posing for a group picture with the gun carriers in front of the building.
Here is a link that discusses other law less SOP activities of the anti-gun crowd:
            http://www.examiner.com/article/anti-gun-women-continue-to-corroborate-progressive-contradiction

If we had a good AG, some of these groups could be charged under RICO laws it would seem.

  16. Pearl Polanski August 27th, 2014 at 10:56 pm

Rule #1: The safe and proper way to sling carry is to ALWAYS keep the barrel pointing upward! He doesn’t even know how to carry that gun right, how can we expect him to know how to safely operate it? Especially when juggling a newborn baby at the same time.

    • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 11:14 am

The NRA provides a similar set of rules:

      1. ALWAYS keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.

      2. ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.

      3. ALWAYS keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.

—The National Rifle Association, The fundamental NRA rules for safe gun handling

In this case, pointed down would likely be safer than pointed up.

      • Pearl Polanski August 29th, 2014 at 3:47 pm

Muzzle down is only for combat situations. If the rifle should misfire in the downward position the bullet will ricochet off the concrete and possibly kill him or his baby. If he thinks that he needs to combat shop at Kroger he should probably leave the baby at home unless he’s using his son for a bulletproof vest.

        • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 4:16 pm

Pointed up could go into the office above the sales floor. The damage from chips of concrete can get nasty also. I think having the baby with him is more of a safety issue.

In any case this is a minor point in the discussion. I do not think that this individual did the cause of gun owners any favors.
Here in Texas, carry of long guns is legal and is being used to show how stupid the idea is for long guns and not having hand guns allowed. As a “look at me” ploy I think does not do much good.

  17. Shades August 27th, 2014 at 11:51 pm

So, you are telling people that “thief” is OK, since as you already know many of the items in your cart can not be restocked, like meat or cold food.
I am sure glad that NRA members do not think as you do, we obey laws and property rights.

  29. SUPER 68 IS DOWN August 29th, 2014 at 10:41 am

    Hello

If I may, I want to give some background before I get to the
crux of my written communication. First
and probably most important, I am a married father of two children. I am also a
gun owner. I own AR15 platforms in different configurations and bolt action
    hunting rifles.

Secondly, I am a federal contractor for the Federal
    Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
administered via the Department of Homeland Security) and a member of a FEMA
Emergency Response Team. I am also a federal contractor for FEMA in a second
capacity as a damage assessor through the National Flood Insurance Program
    (NFIP)

Thirdly, I am a disabled veteran medically retired from the
    Army.

Now make no mistake, even with owning long guns I would
never open carry a long gun for the simple fact that with all the recent high
profile mass killings, I would NOT want to scare someone. It should be noted
that in my home state of Oregon it is legal to open carry handguns as well as
    open carry long guns.

I will admit that early on that I thought the Open Carry
Texas folks were IDIOTS and were exploiting the legal open carry of Long guns
in Texas to bring attention to themselves. Why the need to open carry long
guns? It does nothing but scare people and do you really need to carry an AR
    everywhere you go?

Well the fact is it is not about need. It is in fact legal
and is their 2nd Amendment right Yet I learned very quickly that no these folks
don’t carry these weapons wherever they go. They are not carrying them for self
    protection, they are not cowards.

They are open carrying the long guns in protest to draw
attention to the backwards open carry laws in the state of Texas. It is legal
to open carry a long gun yet it is NOT legal to open carry a handgun. I have
learned these folks are NOT paranoid gun nuts. They are Americans looking for
    change.

Based upon that information, I am now an ardent supporter of
the good folks at Open Carry Texas.

However, with regard to this gentleman in the picture, I am at a loss as to why he is doing the hey look at me!!!!! You see, in Kentucky it is legal to open carry a handgun. Of course it is also legal to open carry a long gun as well. I respect Open Carry Texas for protesting the backwardness of Texas gun laws, but here this is just a hey, look at me, I gots me a long gun!!!!!!!

After the recent high profile killings, I understand the
terror that is felt by so many. Yet the recent stabbings/shooting/and running
folks over in Isle Vista, Ca by a mentally deranged individual highlighted an
important fact. California gun laws are the strictest in the nation. Yet this
person was still able to obtain firearms legally.

What do the following have in common, the Virginia Tech
massacre where 32 people were killed, the Gabby Gifford’s attempted assassination
in Arizona with 14 wounded and six killed to include a 9 year old little girl /
the Aurora Colorado Movie Theater Massacre where 12 people were killed and 58
wounded / the Sandy Hook killings that
resulted in the deaths of 28 human beings with 20 of them being 6 and 7 year
old precious angels in the first grade /
and lastly the Isle Vista killings with 7 dead (3 were stabbed 4 were
shot (including the actor) and 13 injured)?

Every one of them were committed by mentally deranged
individuals that should have NEVER had access to the weapons they had. Sadly
nothing could have stopped the Sandy hook killings because the mother of the
actor provided the kid access to firearms.

It is my strong belief that background checks are worthless
if they do NOT also assess the mental health of the individual attempting to
    purchase a firearm.

I strongly believe that every background check MUST also
ensure the person attempting to purchase a firearm has NEVER been adjudicated
    by a judge / a court of law / and/or a
mental healthcare professional as being a danger to themselves and/or others.

Had these assurances been included in all of the above
instances (sans the Sandy Hook actor) it is highly likely that 82 beautiful
human beings would still be here.

Personally I would accept expanding background checks to
include private sales (with the exception of transfers between immediate family
members and transactions that involve NO cash changing hands IE..trades) . Yet
ONLY if the above mental health assurances are enacted

Why is it that I know the names of the following people:

    Seung-Hui Cho / Jared
Loughner / James Holmes / Adam Lanza / Elliot Rodgers?

These are the actors responsible for taking the lives of 85
human beings (3 of these were stabbed to death)

Yet aside from Congresswoman Gabby Giffords I CANNOT name a
single one of the victims who had their lives tragically stolen from them!!

I think we all know the answer to this……………..

As Americans, we live in the greatest country in the world
we live in a free society. Sadly, there are those among us who will exploit
    those freedoms for nefarious reasons.

We can NEVER stop a determined criminal. Putting additional
burdens or outright banning firearm ownership for law abiding Americans will
NOT affect a single criminal, not one………..All that would do is embolden
    the criminal element.

Banning ownership is not the ways of a free society, these
are the actions of oppressors, where its citizens are subjects.

    I do NOT purport to
have all the answers. Make NO mistake, there are moronic gun owners just as
there are moronic folks who are NOT gun owners.

I sincerely thank you for your time,

    Robby Robinson CGA

    • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 11:00 am

I agree with 99% of your statements.
One small difference is that I think that “mental health” denials based on court orders is probably OK but not really effective.
The real problem is that these “mentally ill” shooters mostly had been seen by mental health doctors and not found to be dangerous,. If they were dangerous, the doctors would have followed their obligation under law to start commit proceedings. So, in hind sight saying these people had mental problems is not really helpful in preventing such killings.
Also, the current NICS system prevents a lot of people that really should have access into not having access due to non-violent minor crimes and very old problems. Also, NICS crimes are not enforced, with only 11 people a year charged, NICS background checks are a joke, Does anyone think that if I was a known criminal, I would not get ID in a clean name?
The mass killings are important because of the press that they get, but not nearly as important when you look at them compared to the other threats in our world.
I think these school districts have the right idea.

      • SUPER 68 IS DOWN August 29th, 2014 at 11:59 am

I definitely agree with you. I myself am a disabled veteran medically retired from the Army, clean record and own multiple firearms from handguns to AR platforms and my last three purchases were delayed (not declined) but delayed. The first time I was delayed it took the NICS 2 1/2 months before theycould even tell me why I was delayed. Turns out it was another person with same name. WTF???We have different SS#’s but still took forever. They approved the purchase and I purchased two more firearms within 6 months of the first one. BOTYH times delayed again. The gun store owner called NICS and said why are you delaying this kid, you approved him a few months ago. I was able to bring home the handgun that day. Sure as heck, the next purchase delayed again, still got it handled the same day buit oh so frustrating.
We have a new law on the books here in Oregon. If you are denied or delayed on a firearm background check, the Oregon State Police will roll a trooper to the retailer is located and conduct an investigation and if necessary arrest said individual.
The problem is half the time even the NICS doesn’t know why you were declined or delayed. The troopers were in a bad spot, how can they investigate when they don’t know why you were denied. Every cop where I work that has rolled on a denial has been very sheepish and apologetic telling our customers sorry this isn’t their idea and they are just following orders

        • TexTopCat August 29th, 2014 at 1:20 pm

Texas does not require the call to NICS if your ID is a valid TX CHL. You fill out the 4473 form but no approval is needed. The is good news for CHL holders, however, it does under report the numbers of gun sales used by many.

These are the radical extreme groups that will not stop at any evil action to disarm ordinary citizens and push their political society.

  31. jericho August 29th, 2014 at 11:12 am

Legit question here — when did muzzle-down become the preferred method of carry? I was trained to always keep the muzzle of a rifle or shotgun up while carrying.

    • J. Fischer August 29th, 2014 at 8:13 pm

Supposedly, that assures people that the carrier isn’t about to go on a shooting rampage. Because people who want to commit mass murder aren’t smart enough to put fake flags on their guns or carry them muzzle down, or something. (Being sarcastic in that second sentence.)

  32. Feekmeed August 29th, 2014 at 12:59 pm

In any event, anyone doing this should visit the jail and the store should receive damages based on a civil suit.
