Mark David Chapman didn’t say the right thing at his parole hearing. Bragging about how well you planned a murder is not the best way to go.

A chilling transcript of Mark David Chapman’s eighth failed parole hearing details how the rock icon’s killer can’t help bragging about the “incredible” manner in which he planned the chilling crime and stalked Lennon…

In his plea for parole, Chapman presented himself as remorseful. But the transcript shows his psychopathic pride in the 1980 murder in front of the Dakota on Central Park West.

It was no spur-of-the-moment act, Chapman said, according to the newly released 25-page account of his Aug. 20 hearing.

It involved “incredible planning, absolutely, incredible stalking,” Chapman told the parole board.[su_sky_ad]

It almost sounds like he has been institutionalized and doesn’t want to be free. He is comfortable in prison and afraid of the free world.
