Neurosurgeon and Republican icon Ben Carson, famous for telling President Obama, to his face, at a prayer breakfast, how bad Obamacare is, says if Republicans don’t win the Senate this year, it could be curtains for America.

[su_center_ad]

If Republicans don’t win back the Senate in November, he says, he can’t be sure “there will even be an election in 2016.” Later, his wife, Candy, tells a supporter that they are holding on to their son’s Australian passport just in case the election doesn’t go their way.

Carson believes he is on a mission from God to save America.

“Sometimes I realize there are forces greater than me,” he says. “I am an instrument that’s being used to help restore this country.”[su_sky_ad]

He’s an instrument? OK, I guess a douchebag is an instrument.

    • Eric Trommater August 29th, 2014 at 9:29 pm

      Well he’s a tool. That’s close isn’t it?

    • BJW August 29th, 2014 at 9:38 pm

He certainly sounds very full of himself, doesn’t he?

  2. Chinese Democracy August 29th, 2014 at 9:36 pm

Hes smart enough to know what he is saying is ignorant. Is he doing performance art?

    • juicyfruityyy August 29th, 2014 at 9:45 pm

He is scare that he may not get the opportunity to play President. So, he is going to say whatever it takes, to get people to vote for the Re-thugs.

  3. mea_mark August 29th, 2014 at 9:38 pm

Restore this country to what? A delusional reality that never existed. And there won’t be an election in 2016, at least not in the country that you think will exist. We are in a growing and evolving world and your delusions are just that, delusions. We are not going back to a time that never existed.

    • juicyfruityyy August 29th, 2014 at 9:52 pm

This nutcase, truly believe that his base will vote for him. The sooner he realize that he has been used. The sooner he can remove that rectal instrument. it would be a relief for him.

  4. mmaynard119 August 29th, 2014 at 9:38 pm

Has anyone checked to see if he isn’t a twin brother from different mothers of Allen West’s?

  5. juicyfruityyy August 29th, 2014 at 9:39 pm

Well, we plan on taking the Senate and House. Hopefully, they would sit out the next Century. So, maybe, this country can progress to where it should be.

  6. Republicans_are_Evil August 29th, 2014 at 9:51 pm

    Isn’t that sedition?

  7. juicyfruityyy August 29th, 2014 at 9:56 pm

Later, his wife, Candy, tells a supporter that they are holding on to
their son’s Australian passport just in case the election doesn’t go
    their way.

    Bye!!

    • Glen August 29th, 2014 at 10:24 pm

Hey, don’t send him here! We don’t want America’s loony right here. It’s bad enough that we have Tony Abbott.

      • ShelleysLeg September 1st, 2014 at 8:56 am

I feel for ya with that grifter at the wheel! My Aussie friends are hoping he goes on a walkabout and NEVER returns.

    • tompainejr12 August 30th, 2014 at 1:22 am

What the hell does that even mean? Why would their son have an Australian passport, and what benefit would it be to the parents?

      • Larry Schmitt August 30th, 2014 at 5:01 am

I was trying to figure that out myself. So now you can use your child’s passport to enter another country? Who knew?

    • Carla Akins August 30th, 2014 at 10:54 am

      That Patriotism.

  8. Tommy6860 August 29th, 2014 at 10:07 pm

I’m trying to figure out from what mad science this asshat studied to get his degree in lunatic medicine.

  9. tiredoftea August 29th, 2014 at 10:12 pm

So, I’m starting to think that the only neuroscience he’s done is on his own brain.

  11. FieryLocks August 29th, 2014 at 11:24 pm

    Ben Carson is a loony.

  12. TiredOfTheHypocrisy August 29th, 2014 at 11:32 pm

    This man is an embarrassment.

    • Carla Akins August 30th, 2014 at 10:53 am

I’m unaware of your race (not that it matters) but my black friend (yes I said that) but the black Americans I talk on a daily basis to won’t claim him. The rest of their words are not fit for print.

  13. majii August 30th, 2014 at 12:22 am

Every time I read something Carson says lately, the theme from the “Looney Tunes” cartoons begins playing in my head.

    • whatthe46 August 30th, 2014 at 12:35 am

      lol

  14. Foundryman August 30th, 2014 at 12:32 am

And to think, this guy wants to be a presidential candidate. Talk about a paranoid imbecile.

    • whatthe46 August 30th, 2014 at 12:37 am

paranoid, ignorant and stupid. i think the more they speak the better it is for dems. these people are working with 1/2 a brain cell.

  15. whatthe46 August 30th, 2014 at 12:34 am

why wait until the election… go to Australia NOW! get the fk out of MY COUNTRY!!!!!

    • whatthe46 August 30th, 2014 at 12:38 am

      and don’t come back.

  16. Dwendt44 August 30th, 2014 at 12:40 am

Proof positive that he’s not qualified to be in any elected office, much less the Presidency.

  17. Ellen H. August 30th, 2014 at 1:06 am

Gee, if everyone left the country when an election didn’t go “their way”, we’d probably have no one left. However, I don’t mind if you want to leave. I can get you some boxes. Don’t let the door hit ya on your way out.

    • R.J. Carter August 30th, 2014 at 3:00 pm

He’ll probably leave about as quickly as Barbra Streisand and Alec Baldwin.

  18. tompainejr12 August 30th, 2014 at 1:19 am

Run, Ben, run! Dems need as many fearmongering rightwing wacko demagogues running as possible.

  19. Obewon August 30th, 2014 at 1:52 am

Nutty birther Ben Carson should be interred in a Ferguson Mo Fema camp after being stopped for jaywalking -if he survives their Klan PD.

    • FNLED August 30th, 2014 at 2:08 am

      You up for awhile?
Wanna take a stroll over to CNN or Politico and have a go at the foxbots there?

      • Obewon August 30th, 2014 at 2:18 am

Thx:) But it’s late here. I’ve still gotta pack a hobo stick to send to Ben Carson for his Fema camp journey.

        • FNLED August 30th, 2014 at 2:25 am

          lol!
          Maybe another time.
          Have a great holiday.

          • Obewon August 30th, 2014 at 2:28 am

You too! I’l bet Ben Carson’s wife doesn’t know the difference between a U.S. Passport and a Visa stamp for Australia entry!

    • Asemodeus August 30th, 2014 at 2:31 am

You have to remember something important about the right wing crazies.

Their base may be completely nuts but the people who run it and parrot out the talking points are not. They are fully aware over how nonsensical they are being and don’t care, since they are getting way too much political power and money out of it.

People who are capable of lying to millions of Americans are sociopaths and intelligent about it too.

      • Obewon August 30th, 2014 at 2:33 am

RWNJ campaign requirement: ‘nuttier paranoia is best to rally their crazies.’

  20. Elliot J. Stamler August 30th, 2014 at 3:39 am

I am glad that Ben Carson exists because he is living proof along with Herman Cain, E.W. Jackson, Allan West and Alan Keyes that crazy vicious extremists can be African-American just like whites.

  21. Candide Thirtythree August 30th, 2014 at 5:12 am

He does know that his party wants to take America back to before civil rights doesn’t he? If he gets his way, he will have voted himself back into slavery at worst, Jim Crow at best because republicans do not let blacks vote if they can help it.

  22. PunkAssPro August 30th, 2014 at 6:09 am

Clearly he said “Can’t be sure” about a 2016 election. And saying “a higher power” means he believes he is on a mission from god? Damn i need to catch up on my code wording. If only i had more time for BS.

    • DoobiusGamer September 1st, 2014 at 2:45 am

You misinterpreted “higher power.” In the RW wakadoodle parlance that is called “my pocketbook.”

  23. Par4thecourse August 30th, 2014 at 8:12 am

Another bright light in the GOPTP.. dumbing down of America is real.. this guy is the case in point. If one is going to be a candidate one would suspect they would at the very least know how the system works ..even for elections.

    • Guest September 1st, 2014 at 2:44 am

Not a problem..I am responding to your reply that was an oops!..have a nice day. 😉

  24. OldLefty August 30th, 2014 at 8:15 am

They say this in every election.

After Bush signed the John Warner Defense Authorization Act, which allowed the President to declare a “public emergency” and station troops anywhere in America and take control of state-based National Guard units without the consent of the governor
or local authorities, in order to “suppress public disorder.” (Funny how the Tea People were not the streets screaming about “TYRANNY!!!”, then.), People said that Cheney would cancel the elections. A common response was, “they said the same thing about Clinton”… and on and on.

  25. Kato August 30th, 2014 at 8:53 am

Yeah this ASSHOLE Ben Carson said is worst than slavery that just goes to show how great STUPID he is stick to what you know you dumb ass.

    • Jimmy Smith August 30th, 2014 at 10:26 am

I had one of his sycophants agree with that statement – it noted that, since slavery only encompassed a small group of people (black) while the ACA included everyone, it was much worse.
The stupidity of that response was unfathomable

    • atunionbob August 31st, 2014 at 4:03 pm

      WOW…you mean he knows something????

  26. labman57 August 30th, 2014 at 9:44 am

    Hey Dr. Bennie,
You’ve already convinced the American people that you are an unelectable whack-a-doodle. You don’t need to keep rambling on with your irrational delusions about American society.

  27. Snick1946 August 30th, 2014 at 10:00 am

This guy is like Herman Cain- without the groping.

    • Kim Qitqat Brechtel August 30th, 2014 at 10:28 am

WE just haven’t HEARD about any groping………Doesn’t mean that they haven’t happened. ben’s patients are drugged.

  28. MaryJane Mccarthy James August 30th, 2014 at 11:50 am

“First do no harm”.This guy has forgotten this and should lose his so called medical liscense he will be their token in 2016.

  29. Susan Reid August 30th, 2014 at 12:18 pm

Don’t wait! Please go to Australia. Sorry Australia…

    • ShelleysLeg September 1st, 2014 at 8:51 am

From what I understand Australia has closed its borders to ANY one trying to immigrate there. ANY one!

  30. jimvancise August 30th, 2014 at 11:19 pm

Maybe Ben and Family can move in with Rush in Costa Rica 🙂

  31. edmeyer_able August 30th, 2014 at 11:59 pm

If every republican who promised to move when some person was elected or law was passed this nation wouldn’t have 1/2 the problems it currently experiences.

    • Progressive Republican September 1st, 2014 at 5:18 am

Yeah! When’s Ted Nuisance gonna keep his word?

“Neurosurgeon and Republican icon Ben Carson” famous for performing a Lobotomy on himself, feels he is now qualified to run as President…

  34. Donstone August 31st, 2014 at 3:44 pm

That’s right. When you have no argument to make, just insult the other side. Which is probably all the majority of your readers want anyway.

    • Roy Blankenship August 31st, 2014 at 4:47 pm

And what do the Republicans do on a daily basis to Obama??? Ever hear the term “projection”?

      • Learjet August 31st, 2014 at 4:57 pm

or Fox “News”, for that matter. Seems that the GOP truly hate our country. They’re unpatriotic and disrespectful. I say move if you hate the U.S. that much.

    • ShelleysLeg September 1st, 2014 at 8:50 am

Cuz Carson didn’t start the ball rolling by telling Obama, to his face, how ‘awful’ Obamacare is………hilarious considering that Carson surely doesn’t need or subscribe to ACA.

  35. atunionbob August 31st, 2014 at 4:01 pm

Restore this country? Why whats wrong with it? Dont like it move out!

  36. Roy Blankenship August 31st, 2014 at 4:49 pm

How can someone reach this level of education yet not see what is right before their eyes?

An education in the sciences does not imply any education in the humanities. We actually see lots of right-wingers in this spot…well-educated in a science craft, but dumb as posts when it come to the study of human ethics and civilization.

    • ShelleysLeg September 1st, 2014 at 8:48 am

Some of the most ill at ease and socially inept people I know are surgeons and brilliant at what they do……….outside the clinic or the hospital, they are bumbling 3 year olds. Too much study, too little interaction with actual people.

      • Roy Blankenship September 1st, 2014 at 2:39 pm

I agree. I knew a transplant surgeon who seemed like a teenager when we went to dinner, except he had money to burn….!

        • ShelleysLeg September 1st, 2014 at 8:41 pm

I worked in the same clinic as the surgeon who did Mickey Mantle’s liver transplant. He was an inept socially as a home schooled, bumbling infant.

  37. Learjet August 31st, 2014 at 4:52 pm

Carson is a freak and a piss poor excuse for an American . He has no respect and is simply disgusting.

  38. pmbalele August 31st, 2014 at 5:16 pm

Dr. Carson is delusional. He thinks Repubs and TP will nominate him as GOP WH candidate. Carson does not know TPs and Repubs want to take this Country back to the 50s and 60s when Blacks were 2nd class people. TP and Repubs hate Blacks as leaders. Last week Dr. Carson ranked 1 on GOP straw poll. That woke up FoxNews Bill O’rielly and Hannity. They attacked Dr. Carson as an ignorant Black man. These morons at FoxNews and Rush Limbaugh hate Blacks as leaders. Now you’re asking TPs and Repubs to nominate Carson for the WH job!

  39. makikijoe August 31st, 2014 at 6:53 pm

Is some right wing organization , funded by the Koch’s or Sheldon Adelson “bulk buying” his book to keep it on the bestseller list ?

  40. Jim Valley August 31st, 2014 at 8:26 pm

People like Carson do not seem like Americans to me. The level of delusion is amazing. I hear he is a great surgeon. He should stick to that, because as a politician he sucks big time.

  41. consneverwork August 31st, 2014 at 8:49 pm

Hey, Carson, please get over yourself and go with your son. Besides, our mission from God is already in the White House. He saved us from George Bush and people like you.

  42. thatswhatshesaid September 1st, 2014 at 3:53 pm

Carson makes me wonder if the only reason he spouts his lap dog speak, is because his pockets and waiting room is filled by white 1percenters with pinched nerves from doing the King Midas Golden Coin count everyday.

    • thatswhatshesaid September 1st, 2014 at 4:14 pm
