Ben Carson: To Know Obama, Read Mein Kampf
Conservative icon Ben Carson says if you want to understand Barack Obama, read Mein Kampf.
In an interview with Newsmax host J.D. Hayworth today, Ben Carson said that if people want to know the truth about President Obama, they should simply “read ‘Mein Kampf’ and read the works of Vladimir Lenin.” “Mein Kampf,” of course, was written by Adolf Hitler and is filled with anti-Communist diatribes.
Carson, a likely Republican presidential candidate who is obsessed with the conspiracy-theory-laden book “The Naked Communist,” strongly hinted in the interview that he believes Obama is a communist.
Carson has previously claimed that Obama wants to turn America into Nazi Germany and a Gestapo-like state, warning that “we live in a Gestapo age.”

The words sound frightening to him, and in his total ignorance, he assumes he can frighten other uneducated, ignorant people too. The more Carson speaks the more he reveals himself as totally insulated from the real world, cut off from anything except his own stupidity. The willful ignorance, the willingness to be stupid and proud of it is a defining characteristic of the modern conservative. They are as dumb as rocks, and PROUD to be as dumb as rocks.

I said this about him before…
While I respect his medical accomplishments, I took him for a phony when he said;
“Will you listen? You have to take a long-term look at something that fundamentally changes the power structure of America. You have to be someone who reads. Who is well-read. I want you to go back tonight and pull out what Saul Alinsky says about health care under the control of the government.”
Saul Alinsky did not say anything about healthcare, PERIOD, under the control of the government or not.
That comes from a chain email that began circulating (attributed to Alinsky) in 2014.
This is as relevant and as stupid as that. He is just repeating propaganda, and either he is grossly ill-informed or he is lying and assumes his audience doesn’t know any better.

Albert Einstein was a brilliant theoretical physicist and philosopher of science but outside his area of expertise I’m sure he was a clueless as this man appears to be. Although I’m sure Mr. Einstein on subjects he had little of no knowledge of would have had the intelligence to follow the advice of Abraham Lincoln “Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt”.
