[su_right_ad]On “The Talk” Judge Judy talked about the time she had some pictures, but destroyed them after she divorced husband number 2 (who she later remarried).

When he was Husband No. 2, before he became Husband No. 3, I cut up all those pictures that I didn’t want to see floating around, because you have to be smart enough to say if you don’t want to revisit something and because of the world that we live in, your boyfriend today isn’t going to be your boyfriend 30 years from now, your husband…don’t take the pictures…

If you don’t want to see a picture of yourself out there, your priest, your rabbi, your mother, your father, your second husband, whoever it is, then it would be my best advice not to take them…

And I know I’m going to get in trouble, so all those feminine gals out there who are gonna write me, forget it.[su_csky_ad]

Yeah, I see those requests everywhere – “anybody got any pics of Judge Judy?”

    • Anomaly 100 September 9th, 2014 at 8:58 am

      They’re in high demand!

    • Mike Butkus Jr. September 9th, 2014 at 9:44 am

Yeah I got em. but i’d rather not talk about it. it was a long time ago we were young….. ok im done.

      • Abby Normal September 9th, 2014 at 9:45 am

Did they damage your vision? Have you suffered mental anguish since seeing them?

        • Mike Butkus Jr. September 9th, 2014 at 10:07 am

          i was drunk ok!

    • Abby Normal September 9th, 2014 at 9:44 am

They would be high on my list of desired items. Right up there with a stomach ache, a root canal, jury duty, a draft notice . . . .

    • mea_mark September 9th, 2014 at 10:14 am

She is lucky, back then you couldn’t upload Polaroids to the internet.

      • Anomaly 100 September 9th, 2014 at 11:36 am

Way back then, there was no internetz, although people did carve images on cave walls.

        • burqa February 11th, 2015 at 3:35 pm

          Yeah.
In my work I’ve uncovered graffitti on plaster walls written during the Civil War by soldiers passing through.
A lot of it was the same crap one sees in public bathroom stalls. A lot of it would not give one pause unless you looked at the date….

          • Anomaly 100 February 11th, 2015 at 3:40 pm

            Where have you been?

          • burqa February 11th, 2015 at 4:00 pm

            Pining for you.
Actually in the last 2 months I’ve made a couple jaunts down south and didn’t take my laptop – I just wanted to get away from everything.
I sure do enjoy your posts and hope to see you popping in more often.
One thing I like about you is you can be sassy without being brassy and I like that.

          • Anomaly 100 February 11th, 2015 at 4:30 pm

I’ve missed you. You gave me a good idea. Next time I can get away for a few days, I should leave the computer behind. Last time, I was writing in the hotel room. I need to get away from politics (soon:-)

          • burqa February 11th, 2015 at 5:08 pm

Yeah, when you come back everything is just like you left it and don’t worry about things falling apart.
I get away and the first day I’m missing it a little, but having all the extra time is like a breath of fresh air. It’s really liberating and energizing.
I imagine for you a break like that would be even more welcome because all I do is post and don’t have the sort of responsibilities and concerns you have, and I can take a break any time but I imagine it is more difficult for you to tear yourself away.
I have a birthday coming up in March and have things squared away and am thinking of going somewhere for a week or so. I don’t know where, but a change in scenery and atmosphere will be nice.
I’d encourage you to try to get away for more than a few days if possible.
Politics is interesting and has its place, but I’ve come to see that for me, in life there are other, greater priorities. After all, how many times do we see someone become persuaded on a major issue to change? Sometimes a person will admit an error but most of the time people don’t change all that much, so what’s really being accomplished as our days go by, one by one?

          • Anomaly 100 February 11th, 2015 at 5:25 pm

Well I have a site to run, but I might just drop everything one day and say fuckit. I need a break.

          • burqa February 11th, 2015 at 5:50 pm

Don’t tell anyone when you take off, except for one fire-breathing tyrant to stand in for you and let people know, after they’ve wondered for a while, where you are.
I have no idea what goes into running a site. I doubt your turning wheels and pulling levers like the guy working the machine in Fritz Lang’s “Metropolis,” but I imagine it eats a lot of time, has frustration and requires a level of concentration that can weigh on you without you realizing it.
Just remember, everything will be there when you get back, just like you left it.
Oh, and the only thing I do with my phone is make phone calls.. I’d suggest staying off the net – don’t worry, it can be done! After all, the pioneers did it back in the olden days so you can, too.

Anomaly, stop and think for a minute – life is for living, it should be something enjoyable, like your fave Ben & Jerry’s. We only get one of them, there are no do-overs. Take care of yourself. Make this a fun, interesting life and not one of being a 24/7 babysitter for cranks and rock-throwers. Spoil yourself at one of those day spas. Not here, but in Barbados or something.
You won’t regret it and believe me, it’ll all be here when you come back.
And if you go somewhere they got shrunken heads, bring me one back, will ya?

          • Anomaly 100 February 11th, 2015 at 6:56 pm

I totally agree with you. I’m not used to taking time off like that though. It’s very time consuming to run a site. I really miss my brother and he has a little girl that I just adore. i’ve been thinking of going down to New Orleans for a few days just to see them, stay in a hotel, and probably have a drink or three:-)

Thanks for your suggestions. You’re awesome!

          • burqa February 11th, 2015 at 9:37 pm

[burqa looks down, blushing, clasps his hands tightly behind his back as if handcuffed, twists his body this way and that and lightly kicks at an imaginary rock]

            Awww, shucks!

See your brother, see your niece and take her something nice. Love-em and be grateful for the time you have – we never know how much time we’ll have anyway. Unwind however is best for you. Live, love, laugh, and think of them and the rest of your family. Take more time than you think you’ll need.
I’m sure they got day spas. Get the full ride – mani, pedi, massage by a gargantuan Mongol sporting a topknot who communicates with grunts.
And see if they got any shrunken heads down there. I bet they do…..

        Polaroids… uhm, yeah…

*runs to the basement, suddenly remembering a cardboard box I’ve had since college*

that’s nothing… after David Carradine’s suicide, the way he was found and what was found in his home, and the fact that it was broadcasted for the whole world, i’ve gotten rid of everthing. LOL

    • tiredoftea September 9th, 2014 at 5:31 pm

You get more requests than she does!

  2. viva_democracy September 9th, 2014 at 9:00 am

  10. whatthe46 September 10th, 2014 at 12:41 am

do any of you realize that she has called women in her “court” “mediation” room “stupid” when they have done exactly what she did and was exposed? now, she comes out for doing the same damn thing. she’s a hypocrite because the time/age is different, none the less its the same. her polaroid pics weren’t able to be used on social media as it is today. why couldn’t she just say, “ladies, its not a good idea in this day and age,” instead of shaming them even more on nationa t.v.

  11. Steven Dutch February 11th, 2015 at 2:36 pm

Just reading the title makes me contemplate poking my eyes out.

  12. Bunya February 11th, 2015 at 2:57 pm

Let’s hope she retrieved all the pictures. If not and they somehow resurface in the near future, I predict worldwide nausea of epic proportions.

    • whatthe46 February 11th, 2015 at 3:27 pm

      lol

    • arc99 February 11th, 2015 at 4:00 pm

speak for yourself. at 62 years old I find very little that is “sexy” about a woman who looks as if her senior prom was last week.

      • Bunya February 11th, 2015 at 4:11 pm

She’s 73. And I bet I’d look that good after a few facelifts, too.
I admit, she looks good, but her personality ages her.

  13. burqa February 11th, 2015 at 3:02 pm

Juicy Judge Judy: “When he was Husband No. 2, before he became Husband No. 3, I cut up all those pictures that I didn’t want to see floating around, …”

I used to be good friends with a guy who worked for a photo developing company. From time to time when he was developing a roll of film, he would make a copy of the whole roll for himself. At his house, on the coffee table, was a big stack of these pictures that guests could thumb through. A lot of them were of celebrities. …………… so hope remains….

  14. whatthe46 February 11th, 2015 at 3:26 pm

the thing about her statement of getting in trouble that irks me, is that when women have appeared on her show where the subject was about nude photos, she would call them out and call them stupid, when look at he pot. she’s a big hypocrite.
