The family’s attorney, Matt Morgan (pictured), says the boy was bullied for years because of his small size.

Morgan told ClickOrlando that the boy’s history of being bullied in New York was one reason the family moved to Florida.

But the torture continued until this week’s tragedy.

‘The conduct of these bullies is morally reprehensible,’ Morgan said. ‘Bullying has become an epidemic in our country which needs to be recognized and acted upon.’

The 14-year-old boy was discovered dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a middle school bathroom Wednesday night[.

This is the result of multiple failures. From the parents, to the school, to the constant bullying on talk radio and hateful opinionated news masquerading as real news.

The is true. Also, from our Politicians.

      And the bullies.

And the student leaders (i.e. the popular kids) – who are the folks w/ the main power in setting what is/is not acceptable behavior by their fellow students.

Obviously there is a fear factor here. All the kids know who the bullies are.

This is sad. No reason for all of this hate.

        ahhhh that makes sense.

there had to have been signs of depression considering they had to move from another state and there had to have been signs he was going through the same thing, why was a gun even available? especially if the family owned a gun? and i’m wondering how awkard this kid must have been that he would run into the same issues in a completely different environment? and before anyone jump on my case, i’m not blaming him. maybe this is one of those home schooling cases. 2 schools 2 states, same issues.

Florida? What were they thinking?!! Instead of moving, they should have taught him to stand up for himself.
