‘You do not have consent to touch me.’ That is battery. Then he broke her arm (assault), and failed to ID himself.

For a long time, police abuse was just swept under the rug and those who suffered from it were ignored and dismissed as “it’s your own fault’ or ‘You had it coming’ , Nonsense.
Only if and when you are resisting arrest should strong arm tactics be allowed.
Ruffing up or ‘tuning up’ a suspect is bad policy and should be punished.

“Only if and when you are resisting arrest should strong arm tactics be allowed.” the problem there is that, they (cops) use that as an excuse to use force and abuse all the time. especially when you are already in custody and happen to show up with a couple of black eyes. who will the courts believe, you or the cop when those charges are made? even when caught on camera, that’s one of the first things the officer claims in order to justify strong arm tactics.
