Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his brother have been indicted for filing false tax returns. He and his brother, Marc, are accused of failing to turn over $8.9 million in taxes.

The “Jersey Shore” star and his brother also submitted bogus IRS returns for his companies — Situation Nation, Situation Productions and MPS, the papers state.

Making matters worse, the brothers allegedly hammered out contracts with booking agencies for paid appearances at clubs, bars and liquor stores, but the money only went into their pockets…

“The Situation” also blew off filing a tax return in 2011 after he brought in $1.95 million the previous year.

Meanwhile, the papers state, the brothers were rolling in dough from television appearances, a partnership with interest in a vodka company, ownership in an online clothing company and an autobiography and comic book starring “The Situation” as a superhero. They also received endorsements from a variety of companies, including ones that sell vitamins, DVDs, tuxedos and sunglasses.[su_csky_ad]
