This was a flick the grandma/babysitter just had to see.

Felicia Green, 49, is being held on a child endangerment charge after police say they responded to a call Wednesday night at Carmike Cinemas about a baby sleeping in a locked car in the parking lot, reports Daily Mail. They determined the infant had been alone in the vehicle for about an hour.

She was removed and is reportedly healthy, possibly thanks to the fact that the temperatures that day only reached the mid-70s…

Green reportedly told police she was watching her granddaughter because the baby’s mother was at work. She says the baby was already sleeping in the car when she stepped out to watch the movie.

No word on what cinematic event inspired such behavior.

I guess, she couldn’t pick another day, when the daughter could watched her child? This was really irresponsible and dangerous.

It’s hard to imagine this level of disregard and irresponsible behavior. Kudos to the passerby who phoned the police.
