Jan Morgan will no longer allow Muslims inside the gun range she owns, the Gun Cave Indoor Shooting Range in Hot Springs, AR.

[su_center_ad]

Morgan lists ten reasons why people of Islamic faith won’t be allowed in her range, with most of the reasons having something to do with her belief that all Muslims want to kill non-Muslims.

“Not all muslims are terrorists, but almost all terrorists in the world right now are muslim,” writes Morgan. “Since you can’t determine by visual assessment, which ones will kill you and which ones will not, I am going to go with the line of thought that ANY HUMAN BEING who would either knowingly or unknowingly support a “religion” that commands the murder of all people who refuse to submit or convert to that religion, is not someone I want to know or do business with. I hold adults accountable for the religion they align themselves with.”

Here are her 10 reasons.[su_csky_ad]

Pretty sure that’s a civil rights violation.

    • MarcoZandrini September 29th, 2014 at 11:17 am

“Pretty sure”??? It’s a direct violation of the 14th amendment.

    • M D Reese September 29th, 2014 at 11:42 am

      What was your first clue…

  2. Maxx44 September 29th, 2014 at 9:42 am

“Not all muslims are terrorists, but almost all terrorists in the world right now are muslim,” writes Morgan.

She undoubtedly belongs to the NRA which by all accounts makes her not only a terrorist but a domestic terrorist.

    • M D Reese September 29th, 2014 at 11:42 am

      And don’t forget the cops.

  3. Pilotshark September 29th, 2014 at 9:50 am

So guess the only religion you will allow will be Buddhist? as almost all of the Christians fit your bill one time or other thought out time.

    • Maxx44 September 29th, 2014 at 9:54 am

The RWNJs always point out that the Koran demands that non-believers be killed while ignoring the fact that the Bible does exactly the same thing.

      • MarcoZandrini September 29th, 2014 at 11:17 am

Actually, the Koran does not say to kill “non-believers.” It says to treat non-believers as second class citizens.

        • M D Reese September 29th, 2014 at 11:41 am

Which is pretty much how non-christians are treated in this country.

  4. mdram September 29th, 2014 at 10:24 am

How would she know. I’m not muslim. Can she tell the difference?

    • M D Reese September 29th, 2014 at 11:40 am

I’m guessing that her new rules really mean “not white”.

      • veggiedude September 29th, 2014 at 4:14 pm

There are millions of white muslims.

        • M D Reese October 1st, 2014 at 9:00 pm

          True–but would she recognize that?

  5. Foundryman September 29th, 2014 at 10:34 am

She says..“Not all muslims are terrorists, but almost all terrorists in the world right now are muslim,”….

Where she is wrong is anyone trying to deny and destroy freedom and liberty like she is, is a terrorist. If she is going to own and operate a business in this country, she will accept all American citizens or be charged with discriminatory practices.
I wonder how long it will take to see a group of muslims come around to practice?

  6. Rusty Shackleford September 29th, 2014 at 11:09 am

“ANY HUMAN BEING who would either knowingly or unknowingly support a
“religion” that commands the murder of all people who refuse to submit
    or convert to that religion”

    Deuteronomy 18:20

But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death.

    Exodus 20:22

Whoever sacrifices to any god other than the Lord must be destroyed.

    Deuteronomy 13:6-11

If your very own brother, or your son or daughter, or the wife you love, or your closest friend secretly entices you, saying, “Let us go and worship other gods” (gods that neither you nor your ancestors have known, gods of the peoples around you, whether near or far, from one end of the land to the other), do not yield to them or listen to them. Show them no pity. Do not spare them or shield them. You must certainly put them to death. Your hand must be the first in putting them to death, and then the hands of all the people. Stone them to death, because they tried to turn you away from the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. Then all Israel will hear and be afraid, and no one among you will do such an evil thing again.

Shush, you’re not supposed to read those parts, or at least quote from them.

Rusty, you should go post those on her page if someone hasn’t already… just for the lulz.

I think Godwin’s law is becoming obsolete. How can it possibly be inappropriate to compare someone to a Nazi when they are behaving exactly like one?

  8. Foundryman September 29th, 2014 at 11:43 am

Sure hope she doesn’t try to fire that rifle with that long flowing hair laying across the upper receiver…But then, gun safety isn’t something the gun nuts know to much about…

    • tiredoftea September 29th, 2014 at 12:05 pm

      That’s her Christian Mingle pic.

      • Schoolgirl2 September 29th, 2014 at 12:21 pm

        Hahahahahaha

  9. edmeyer_able September 29th, 2014 at 11:51 am

But allowing members of a party where some advocate disobeying lawful orders from high command or advocating the over throw of the government is fine with her. SMMFH.
I hope the ACL is down on her like stink on 5hit.

  10. tiredoftea September 29th, 2014 at 12:10 pm

Yes, the Bill of Rights only exists for us christian, white ‘Muricans! So, the First and Second (without that pesky militia part) Amendments, of course, are reserved only for those who can prove they are un-Muslim? What’s her test, a plate of hummus and flat bread near the counter?

  11. edmeyer_able September 29th, 2014 at 12:15 pm

If I lived within 100 miles of a place that did this I’d go in to practice shooting and after a few rounds yell out akabar allah just for the giggles.

    • Anomaly 100 September 29th, 2014 at 1:42 pm

      Lulz.

      • edmeyer_able September 29th, 2014 at 2:04 pm

Think I could pass for the patriarch of DD?

        • Anomaly 100 September 29th, 2014 at 2:16 pm

No way. You’re too cool to be in that cult.

  12. edmeyer_able September 29th, 2014 at 12:54 pm

Wonder how she could tell who.s who?

    • Pilotshark September 29th, 2014 at 1:29 pm

well my SWAG would be stay away from all of them, as nothing good for all comes from them.

  13. Cheri Laurenza Rossi September 29th, 2014 at 1:25 pm

“Since you can’t determine by visual assessment, which ones will kill you and which ones will not….”

The same can be said for open carry whack jobs.

  14. Pilotshark September 29th, 2014 at 1:33 pm

think she needs to spicy her add up with maybe the gal with the AR15 bible and flag, or was that UK citizen with burka and flag with Koran and AK47?

  15. American September 29th, 2014 at 3:32 pm

Whether or not a person agrees with her reasons, any business owner should be able to determine who is or isn’t welcome in their business for whatever reason they choose. Nobody is forced to do business with her. Let the free market take it’s toll. If enough customers disagree with her, then she may reconsider.

    • arc99 September 29th, 2014 at 3:44 pm

We already tried your approach. It was called Jim Crow segregation, found to be both immoral and unconstitutional.

      • American September 29th, 2014 at 4:45 pm

It just seems odd that anybody wants to support a business that clearly doesn’t want their money. If a business owner is bigoted, I would rather not give them my business. Supporting a bigot financially doesn’t make them less bigoted. . . . . . Businesses can still refuse service to people by making up a legal reason that they wont, but the result is the same. I just find it interesting that people want to support businesses that clearly don’t appreciate them.

        • arc99 September 29th, 2014 at 5:08 pm

It is not a matter of wanting to support businesses that do not appreciate certain groups of people. It is about establishing as a matter of principle and as a matter of law that when you open a business serving the public, you serve all of the public.

I do not care whether or not anti discrimination laws make someone less bigoted. Most likely they do not. I do care that if that business uses fire protection paid for in part by my tax dollars, or law enforcement services paid for in part by my tax dollars, or employs people who travel to work on transit or via highways and thoroughfares funded in part by my tax dollars, then they had damn well better serve me as they would anyone else, regardless of my ethnicity or who I pray to.

          • arc99 September 29th, 2014 at 5:19 pm

Lots of people sacrificed a great deal, including their lives to rid America of Jim Crow. I will be damned if I am going to sit by and have it come back in any form.

          • American September 29th, 2014 at 7:02 pm

I think that a lot of people are totally missing my point. . . . why does anybody want to support a business who wouldn’t want to provide service to everybody?

          • tracey marie September 29th, 2014 at 7:40 pm

            now you are trolling

        • Rusty Shackleford September 29th, 2014 at 5:40 pm

You assume, thanks to your privilege, that you’d always have a choice. That there are no financial constraints on how far you can go, or what businesses you can afford, or that the discrimination problem isn’t pervasive and systemic in damn near EVERY business within your reach.

          • American September 29th, 2014 at 7:00 pm

My privilege? What privilege is that?

          • Rusty Shackleford September 29th, 2014 at 7:08 pm

Call it a shot in the dark, but I’m betting you’re a cisgender heterosexual white Christian male with financial stability. You have never been subjected to institutionalized or systemic discrimination, or a member of a group that has ever been or ever would be subject to such a thing. As such, your perspective on this matter is highly limited, and your opinion is next-to-worthless.

    • Bubba Wayne September 29th, 2014 at 4:21 pm

Sorry buddy but you are so wrong. The rights go to the consumer not the business. Why are so many people confused about how civil rights work. People can be bigots but businesses can not by law. I don’t care what Mittens said.

      • American September 29th, 2014 at 4:38 pm

I didn’t say they can . . . . I said that they should be able to. Why would anybody want to help a business that doesn’t welcome them prosper? It makes no sense to legislate that a business isn’t able to determine their clientele. And it really doesn’t make sense that a person would want to support a business where they are not welcome and are allowed only because the law demands it. Why not support a business who appreciates you?

        • tracey marie September 29th, 2014 at 7:39 pm

jim crow laws were repealed, I know you hate that fact

    • tracey marie September 29th, 2014 at 7:39 pm

Discrimination is illegal in America, too bad for you and her.

    • Mo Reno September 29th, 2014 at 9:25 pm

Sorry, if you really were an American, you’d know we have public accomodation laws.

  16. Chris Evans September 29th, 2014 at 5:11 pm

I’d suggest she go even further – Ban everyone from using her gun range. After all, by her logic you can’t tell who’s going to go on a shooting spree, even white people.. Which, let’s be honest here, that’s the crowd she caters to.

    • OklaCrusader September 30th, 2014 at 11:55 am

So its okay for Al Sharpton, Eric Holder, Jesse Jackson to cater to blacks but not for her to whites? Nice logic.

      • Chris Evans October 2nd, 2014 at 2:34 am

Did I even mention any of them? No. Did they discriminate against anyone simply because of their religion? No. The two are completely unrelated.

  17. whatthe46 September 29th, 2014 at 5:12 pm

i’m curious, exactly how many “muslims” have gone into her gun range by the way? and how can she distinguish someone who’s an American and sympothize with muslim terrorists? white or black? and to edmeyer_able, i thought of that too, that’s funny as hell.

    • tracey marie September 29th, 2014 at 7:38 pm

None, her blog is very nasty, very racist and all about 2nd amendment with her own personla twist on what is says and means

      • whatthe46 September 29th, 2014 at 7:41 pm

        thanks.

        • tracey marie September 29th, 2014 at 9:10 pm

That was her objective, her blog was dying and her range was not doing so well. She is all about the look, nothing of substance

          • whatthe46 September 29th, 2014 at 10:21 pm

it may very well be her downfall, not the good kind of publicity she was aiming for.

          • tracey marie September 29th, 2014 at 10:33 pm

in her part of the inbred woods this is good publicity

          • whatthe46 September 30th, 2014 at 12:57 am

            i guess.

  18. whatthe46 September 29th, 2014 at 5:18 pm

i’ve never been afraid of being harmed by gangs or drive-by’s because i have no reason to be in neighborhoods where they are. but, i would never go to a gun range where there are dozens of white guys with guns, that’s for damn sure. and i’m more concerned about some white guy (not a muslim terrorist or a gang banger) at a movie theatre or a major store outlit.

  19. whatthe46 September 29th, 2014 at 5:23 pm

what would be crazy is that if someone who (white) does sympothize with (muslim terrorist) and never had care to go into her gun range, will now make it their mission to go just because of this. that would be insane.

  20. tracey marie September 29th, 2014 at 7:36 pm

the conservative blogger who pretends to understand and know our laws and constituion will have a rude awaking very soon. It is against the law to discriminate against someone due to their religion, among other things. If they are black she gets in even more trouble. She has a publicist and has her glamour shots done all the time. Loser and looking for attention.

  21. Sean September 29th, 2014 at 9:50 pm

Illegal. It is illegal to discriminate against people based on their religious belief. Oh that’s right; that “only” applies to reich-wing Christians. Anti-American Nazi whore.

  22. Mark Manners September 30th, 2014 at 12:19 am

Not everyone who has a gun is a mass shooter however everyone who has done a mass shooting lately has done so with a gun. Ergo, we should ban anyone having a gun. Since it is impossible to tell by the way someone looks if they’re going to go on a shooting spree, we need to keep guns out of the hands of everyone

    Right? That is her logic.

  23. majii September 30th, 2014 at 12:55 am

Jan Morgan shouldn’t permit someone like Pat Robertson to use her gun range, either. Old Pat’s greed caused harm to many Africans, via his intimate relationship with former dictator of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mbuto.

  24. Sophia Keenesburg September 30th, 2014 at 7:03 am

…………… So the Apartheid based on Religion begins ….. where did we see a thing as such happen before in History????

  25. OklaCrusader September 30th, 2014 at 11:59 am

Finally a lady with common sense. If you are muslim than it is your duty by Allah to kill Americans. Islam shouldn’t even be recognized as a religion. The quicker we rid the world of Islam the quicker we reach a peaceful, prosperous world.

  26. Chris Jonsson September 30th, 2014 at 11:28 pm

Is that Elvira? Be sure and take your crucifix with you no matter your religion, or lack there of.

What about nine year old girls?
