Bergeron’s Restaurant in Port Allen, Louisiana loves firearms. In fact, while many businesses are attempting to keep patrons safe by asking customers to leave their auxiliary penises outside, this restaurant is offering a 10% discount to those who endanger those around them by bringing their trusty boomsticks to protect themselves from the tyranny of spicy food(?).…

Firearms fetishists do live in a fantasy world. People intent on mayhem are not going to be dissuaded. Police officers die in the line of duty every year. Did their assailants think those officers were unarmed? The whole notion of being armed to the teeth making us safer is idiocy of the highest order.

More guns do not make us safer.

More guns make it more likely that we will be killed or injured by carelessness, negligence, or some “good guy with a gun” who suddenly snaps.

It’s odd how Gun Free Zones seem to attract nuts with guns, not the business’ that welcome firearms owners. Maybe they didn’t read your posts

Was just about to post that myself, which was Chad Littlefield a good guy or a bad guy?

and another more recent example.. last I heard, state police barracks are not gun-free zones either. hard to debate people whose opinions are based on a fact-free alternative reality.

BLOOMING GROVE, Pa. – The suspect in the killing of a Pennsylvania state police trooper and the critical wounding of another outside a rural barracks in the Poconos is a survivalist who has expressed a desire to kill law enforcement officers and commit mass murder, officials announced Tuesday.

Chad was a great man and an even better father. They were trying to help a young vet out (something our government falls short on).

It’s more odd that easy told lies keep coming back among the uninformed.

      • edmeyer_able September 29th, 2014 at 12:26 pm

rer isn’t looking for a debate, he’s actually looking for arguments to battle the nra with.

The Right White are such a paranoid bunch!

The odds of dying from obesity-related illness than a random restaurant “robber” are far greater… especially eating that food. But instead of worrying about the ill effects of poor diet, they would rather worry more about the remote chance that a black guy is going to rob them while eating.

please point out the diner with “Paranoid schizophrenia” oops you can’t. so the schizoid has a gun and he knows others have a gun, which one does he think is targeting him. hummm. (this is me… hiding under table)
