[su_right_ad]Right-wing activist Larry Klayman wrote in his petition: “In sum, deportation proceedings should be immediately commenced, an investigation undertaken, a full evidentiary hearing held, and Barack Hussein Obama should be removed from the United States.”

The petition was sent to Thomas Homan of Enforcement Removal Operations at the Department of Homeland Security, Thomas Winkowksi of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Sarah Kendall of the Office of Fraud Detection and National Security at DHS.

Klayman explained it is based “on the grounds that he has falsified various birth and other documents with regard to obtaining a U.S. passport and other privileges as an alleged American citizen.”

“It is clear, based on a mountain of evidence as set forth in and attached to the petition, that the president and his agents have falsified documents, such as his birth certificate and Social Security number, to qualify for the privileges of American citizenship such that his citizenship, which is based on false pretenses, must be nullified,” Klayman said.

This is a really good use of Mr. Klayman’s time, as the chance of success here is 100%, but only if you multiply it by zero. Oh, and:

The 20-page document points out that his name technically is “Barry Soetoro,” since it was “changed officially in Indonesia and never changed back to his name at birth.”[su_csky_ad]

And, of course, only available to the privileged who have the secret decoder ring.

        • M D Reese October 4th, 2014 at 12:54 am

…and the “mainstream media”. What the hell does that even mean.

          • neworleans878 October 4th, 2014 at 12:55 am

Fox is the #1 cable news network…so they’re clearly mainstream media.

          • M D Reese October 4th, 2014 at 1:00 am

My point exactly. And they are totally froot-loops, with CNN right behind them. If their was anything to this, they would have been flogging it just as they flog Benghazi!Benghazi!.

          • tiredoftea October 4th, 2014 at 1:49 am

Who knows! It used to be the OTA networks, CBS, NBC and ABC, but they are pretty close to being as bad as the cable dwarfs.

ain’t it the truth. Bubble heads citing bubble heads often leads to WTF when confronting reality. – Just look at the lawless drunken Alaskan lush that threw away her chance at EVER being a legal POTUS by constitutional standards!

Why is hate capitalized? Is hate an especially important thing for your?

          • granpa.usthai October 4th, 2014 at 11:04 am

now that you mention it, Granpa Wil, seems to me there were even a few Republicans who attempted to slow the recovery by promising to shut down the government? – make him a one term POTUS? – impeach the POTUS? – hold a Congressional Hearing on POTUS misconduct? and Mitts favorite: “destroy the US Economy” – in other words, not crashing and burning the manufacturing base fast enough for him to multiply his offshore bank accounts. -and all because: ‘he’s from Hawaii’ a group of islands that Republicans consider to be NOT A STATE.

          • granpa.usthai October 4th, 2014 at 11:08 am

but at least as Sara once forecast:

          • granpa.usthai October 4th, 2014 at 10:56 am

hell, he’s got the BEST smile of any POTUS in US History!
you don’t get a SMILE like that without knowing what you’re doing!
            +
He looks every bit like a KING OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA when entering and exiting AF-1. It’s like the designers of the plane knew he was coming; a flying Palace for a POTUS with a smile fit to be KING OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
I vote we give him AF-1 as a retirement gift from the peoples of the USA in gratitude for his faithful service as POTUS – with three full crews and free fuel and maintenance for life (it’s the least we could do to keep him from having to walk all the way back to Hawaii.

I thought you might be using snark, but a glance at your other comments proves otherwise.

        • Tammy Minton Haley October 4th, 2014 at 1:43 am

no…it’s yet another embarrassing excuse for an American “patriot”…and, of course–no shame in degrading the name of our First Lady…

          • M D Reese October 4th, 2014 at 1:34 pm

I think that our First Family is one of the most gracious in the last 100 years, especially considering the amount of racist crap that has been flung at them. I for one am proud of them.

          • red-diaper-baby 1942 October 4th, 2014 at 1:52 pm

            absolutely.
My first vote, in 1961, was for JFK,and I’ve always been proud of that. The Obamas remind me of the Kennedys in many ways — youthful, intelligent, educated and not trying to hide it — and without the ugly JFK mess about sleeping around, which we (or I at least) only found about later. Roosevelt and Clinton too — what is it about these guys, power turns into testosterone?
I can’t remember when I’ve been more proud of our President than now, despite some missteps. He’s doing a very hard job, under terrible pressure and in the face of disgraceful partisan opposition, with poise, dignity and grace.

          • M D Reese October 4th, 2014 at 1:56 pm

Well said. You’re about 10 years ahead of me. I was in grade school when JFK was elected, and in the 7th grade when he was assassinated. The Kennedy’s were inspiring and positive–very much like our current First Family.

          • Tammy Minton Haley October 4th, 2014 at 2:22 pm

i’m thrilled with the kids, and grandma is the sh*t…Michelle is just fine, and i can’t wait for her to be out from under the constraints of active political life–you know she’s got something to say, to all of them, right?–

            it’s my damn president i’m so disappointed with… 🙁

          • M D Reese October 4th, 2014 at 2:55 pm

You may be right about the First Lady–the daughters will be off to college soon, and they will be out of office in 2017 so who knows. I don’t know much about the grandmother–I just hear mention now and again.
I’m not at all disappointed in the President–I think that he’s done a hell of a job considering what he has to work with. Would I rather have someone like Elizabeth Warren? Yes. But realistically, she is more powerful where she is.

          • Tammy Minton Haley October 4th, 2014 at 3:07 pm

i wanted more from him than he could give us–i realize that now…it’s not that i am disappointed in him, that’s not right…i worded it wrong…

i am stunned by republicans openly declaring war on him–and him trying to appease them, over and over…to the chagrin of his own base, his own support…i wanted him to be the angry black guy, i guess…maybe? i don’t know…it’s been such a wasted effort, it feels like…i wish to god we had elected hillary first, let barack mature in the senate for 8 years…ya know?

          • M D Reese October 4th, 2014 at 3:50 pm

I do understand. I feel much the same–I’ve been paying attention since I was in grade school and JFK was elected. I’ve been pretty much disappointed ever since he was assassinated. That put a big hole in the Nation’s heart. I still don’t believe that was not a conspiracy. JFK was taking us in a new direction, and the powers that be did not want that. We may yet be surprised. I’ve also noticed that this President has been getting things done and taking care of business in spite of the GOPTPers chewing on his ankles every step of the way. Who knows–after the mid-terms he may let loose. He’s been poking them with a stick a lot more lately. He’s got all the panties in a bunch over at Fox “news”…

          • Tammy Minton Haley October 4th, 2014 at 4:04 pm

i need him to “let loose”…i know he’s gonna do something on immigration…i’d like to see marijuana come off the *DANGER, WILL ROBINSON!* list–what else can he do without any help from congress?

            i hope michelle writes a book…

          • M D Reese October 6th, 2014 at 4:44 pm

Oh–I’m sure that Michelle will write a book. I really like her. I agree in that I’d like to see him do more and do it faster–but I repeat, I think that he’s done quite a lot in SPITE of the congress that he has to work with. I’m just crossing all my fingers and toes that we make some headway in the midterms. Cannabis legalization is on the ballot in my state–too close to tell.

          • Tammy Minton Haley October 6th, 2014 at 6:30 pm

oh, wow–good luck, and one bit of advice we’ve learned in michigan…

make sure the legislation written for the marijuana laws are clear, concise, and easy to understand–we’ve had nothing but problems up here…we’re still medically legal, but the pro-pharmecueticals crowd has f’d with us at every turn–currently, edibles and extracts are illegal–this makes it damned near impossible to treat children with epilepsy–who’s gonna have their kid smoke a joint??
oh, it’s ridiculous—some counties have pharmacies, some have transfer stations…it’s awful…but, it will get better, and i have a card, and a caregiver and a transfer station and medical marijuana with a thc level of 20-25%…yeah…that’s good weed… 🙂

          • M D Reese October 7th, 2014 at 8:01 pm

At least we’re well on the way.

        • red-diaper-baby 1942 October 4th, 2014 at 3:12 am

I checked her too, because I just couldn’t believe she was serious. I guess it takes all kinds! Unfortunately, many people in the red states share Martha’s mentality and vote accordingly — one reason the country is in the mess it currently is, and the federal government is in partisan gridlock.

          • M D Reese October 4th, 2014 at 1:32 pm

It’s frustrating. I live in a red state too–the newest thing at our city council is that the christians on the council want to start every meeting with a prayer. A “non-offensive, all-inclusive invocation” of course…Fuck these people. They are turning our secular nation into another Middle East or Balkins area. It disgusts me.

    • Tammy Minton Haley October 4th, 2014 at 1:05 am

i have one thing to say to you–and it will perfectly illustrate how you allow right-wing extremist rhetoric to interfere with educating yourself with truth…

two months ago, in the “Washington Times” comments section, you posted a hateful little rant about how “Barry” was a “pathological liar”, blahblahblah–you then go on to wish the Surgeon General would declare “Barry” “Unfit for Service”…

… we don’t currently HAVE a Surgeon general in the United States…why? ask the republicans…the do-nothing, no-good regressive extremist republicans…

in this time of medical emergencies, we have no Surgeon General–this in itself is a crisis–another one caused by republicans…

shall we talk about what the republican sequester nonsense has done to the budget for HHS, and, oh, by the way, the Secret Service?

you’re all a bunch of fools–so worried about a goddamn nickel today, you cannot see it will cost $5 tomorrow…

    • granpa.usthai October 4th, 2014 at 10:45 am

Constitution doesn’t require a POTUS to respect any law, just OBEY them, Martha. Like: It’s ILLEGAL to invade a foreign nation without the US Congress declaring an act of war. When a declaration of war is invoked, it is the duty of each and every US Representative to support the full use of any weapons at our Military’s disposal to end the war as quickly as possible with the least US casualties as possible, not hang around causing daily casualties to US Military personnel just to inflate offshore bank accounts.

I was just thinking the other day about that. Don’t know the ages, but if Hillary is POTUS 2016 thru 2024, how old would Chelsa, Malia and Sasha be? Don’t know if Michelle has thought about it, but back to back First Ladies being POTUS would be a new one for the history books, and look pretty cool too!
Mothers, Daughters and granddaughters – it could happen, as none of them are known proud criminals that are constitutionally disqualified like Sara.

There are wingnuts who think Michelle Obama is a man.

  8. CPT_Dixon October 4th, 2014 at 1:40 am

Shouldn’t they be trying to prove Obammy’s mammy wasn’t an American citizen? Otherwise, he’s American no matter where he was born. And then there’s Ted Cruz…

    • Tammy Minton Haley October 4th, 2014 at 1:58 am

oh, yes…on rightwingwatch.org this very day, there is an article about one of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s “Cold Case Posse” birthers who said on a radio show yesterday–“I would be focusing real hard on who’s the mommy”…

full-blown Obama Derangement Syndrome…so much hatred for him, it destroys their souls…classic

      • Obewon October 4th, 2014 at 2:03 am

Breaking ‘I’ll have HUGE news in October’-Arpaio via gameshow host and apprentice birther Donnie Trump. I guess they meant T rump’s Atlantic City, NJ casino. His 5th bankruptcy!

        • Tammy Minton Haley October 4th, 2014 at 2:10 am

yep–THAT “Cold Case Posse”…because, after all…it’s much more important that the Sheriff use brainpower and resources on exposing the truth about the Muslim Kenyan Usurper who’s in the *gasp* “White” House…than it is to repair relations with the community…or solve some crimes…

    • Dave B. October 5th, 2014 at 3:31 pm

It’s simply not true that “he’s American no matter where he was born.” If he’d been born outside the United States, its outlying possessions, or the Panama Canal Zone, he would’ve been eligible for automatic naturalization upon his father’s naturalization, or for expeditious naturalization upon petition by his US citizen mother; but he wouldn’t have been born a US citizen.

Isn’t the fact that he was born in the United States good enough?

  9. Obewon October 4th, 2014 at 1:49 am

WND Larry Klansman like all birthers, is very worried about keeping Obama off the ballot in 2016~

I’d be interested to hear people’s opinion of Klayman’s following claim:

A young woman giving birth in a foreign country to a child whose father was not an American citizen (and was himself deported) did not have the legal capacity to pass along American citizenship to such child, a report for the Western Journalism Center confirmed.

“When enacted in 1952, section 301 (of federal immigration laws at the time) required a U.S. citizen married to an alien to have been physically present in the United States for 10 years, including five after reaching the age of fourteen, to transmit citizenship to foreign-born children. The 10-year transmission requirement remained in effect from 12:01 a.m. EDT December 24, 1952, through midnight November 13, 1986, and still is applicable to persons born during that period,” the Western Journalism Center’s report explained.

Ann Dunham was only 18 years old upon Barack Hussian Obama’s birth on August 4, 1961. Her own date of birth in Wichita, Kansas, was November 29, 1942. She turned 14 on November 29, 1956. Therefore in contrast to the law’s requirement, she had lived only 4 1/2 years from her 14th birthday up until Barack Hussein Obama’s birth on August 4, 1961 – and apparently not all of those years actually within the United States.

Thus because of the requirement to reside in the United States continuously for five years after becoming 14 and a total of 10 years in the United States overall, Barack Hussein Obama could not acquire U.S. citizenship through his mother Ann Dunham. At the very least, he would have had to apply at some point for naturalization.

    • ghhshirley October 4th, 2014 at 4:11 am

Irrelevant. President Obama was born in the United States, automatically making him a citizen.

      • granpa.usthai October 4th, 2014 at 10:18 am

Even if born in Kenya – by an AMERICAN MOTHER – would qualify him for POTUS.
too bad Sara takes her little ‘misdemeanor’ lawless behaviors so lightly, as she has disqualified herself from EVER being considered worthy of being the POTUS –

        E V E R!

        ha,ha,ha,ha,ha……….

        • Dave B. October 5th, 2014 at 3:26 pm

If he’d been “born in Kenya,” he wouldn’t have been born a US citizen at all– in spite of having “an AMERICAN MOTHER.” President Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States because he was born in the United States. Why do you find that fact insufficient to settle the matter?

      • granpa.usthai October 4th, 2014 at 10:21 am

Children born of US Citizens outside the US are automatically given their US Citizenship. Wouldn’t matter where he was born, even in Panama, he’d still be a natural born US Citizen.

        • Dave B. October 5th, 2014 at 3:26 pm

It’s never been true that every child born abroad to a US citizen parent will be born a US citizen.

    • Obewon October 4th, 2014 at 5:30 am

LMAO at Birther Skydog2 & Klayman not believing Hawaii is a state and the birthplace of our 44th POTUS. Please elaborate? Lol!

      not funny.

this is a prime example for the Obama-haters who pretend that criticism of this President has absolutely nothing at all to do with race.

so you tell me which white President of either party was harassed about a birth certificate and accused of not being an American.

We should ask Skydog that question…

  13. NW10 October 4th, 2014 at 7:10 am

This is the same idiot who said a year ago during a protest at the WH while the government was shut down, “Take your hands off the Koran and come out with your hands up” or something to that extent. He’s not too bright, but that’s just par for the course regarding Larry Klansman (spelled correctly).

    • Carla Akins October 4th, 2014 at 7:38 am

I remember that, FON did a post on his speech to a Vets group. It was: “I call upon all of you to wage a second American nonviolent revolution, to use civil disobedience, and to demand that this president leave town, to get up, to put the Quran down, to get up off his knees, and to figuratively come up with his hands out”

  16. Suzanne McFly October 4th, 2014 at 10:57 am

And the right wonders why Obama won’t work with them. You can’t even have a coherent, rational conversation with this idiots, they are too filled with hate and venom.

    • Cosmic_Surfer October 4th, 2014 at 11:42 am

Not really a case of not wanting to work with them, He gave up early on – especially when they wouldn’t show to functions or answer his calls.

I have no love for Obama (too much of the same hubris, covert criminality and exceptionalist lack of respect for humanity that has been rampant for 50 years) but he has been given too little respect or even a willingness to be met 25% of the way from a corrupt Congressional body and Supreme Court.

      • Larry Schmitt October 4th, 2014 at 11:46 am

Those last two points you made, about congress and the supreme court, are the most important. And whenever people wonder what difference it makes who’s in the White House, I remind them about the supreme court. GWB is why we have chief justice Roberts for the next 30 to 40 years. That is a president’s greatest legacy, that has the longest lasting impact on the country.

      • arc99 October 4th, 2014 at 11:53 am

hubris and covert criminality are part of the job of President of the United States as it is for the head of state of any major nation with a military and intelligence forces.

it took hubris for Abraham Lincoln to unilaterally issue the executive order known as the Emancipation Proclamation. authorizing secret missions into sovereign nations (bin Laden) was certainly covert, and likely criminal as far as the Pakistanis are concerned.

frankly, I hardly see how risking his Presidency by making health care his top priority demonstrates a lack of respect for humanity. that may be your opinion. it is certainly not mine as I see this President as one the more humane Presidents in my lifetime and I am 62 years old.

        • Cosmic_Surfer October 4th, 2014 at 11:59 am

As long as the People accept those as part of the presidency then they will continue to increase exponentially. Nothing in the definition of the office allows for it. It is the stupidity and complacency of America that will ultimately be her downfall…

As far as “Humane presidents in my lifetime”….. The only humane president in my lifetime is the only anti-war president, Carter. The rest were too willing to use the military for resolution of a hangnail or to allow the pentagon to go unchecked.
          I am 61

          • arc99 October 4th, 2014 at 12:14 pm

as I said, that is your opinion, not mine.

and I hardly consider ISIL to be a “hangnail”

I have as much respect for President Carter as anyone. But take off your rose colored glasses and take a look at his record on defense spending which had been declining until his last year in office when he proposed significant increases in Pentagon spending in reaction to the political pressure of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.

EDIT: the dictionary definition of hubris is having excessive pride or self confidence. from where I sit, hubris is a basic qualification for anyone who thinks they are even capable of doing the job of President of the United States

          • Cosmic_Surfer October 4th, 2014 at 12:49 pm

Never said ISIS was but when one puts their collective hand in a garbage dusposal and turns it on, might get a few…I guess I might remind you that we created ISIS – trying to pour napalm on a fire only creates a bigger fire. Sending exceptionalists who have little but disdain for everything Muslim (the US proves it every second of every day as long as Guantanamo is open, people are tortured – still – and Muslims are maligned constantly), a country that supports the heinous nation under the House of Saud (who produced and financially supported Bin Laden – want to talk about beheadings…19 so far this year) and pours arms and funds into a genocidal government to slaughter Sunni in Iraq and oppress the Kurds, one pours napalm on the fire…or maybe I should use White Phosphorus since we used that too as a weapon on the people of Iraq as well as depleted uranium and a plethora of other toxins

          • arc99 October 4th, 2014 at 1:02 pm

I just don’t share your pessimistic views of the nature of this country. Certainly there are anti Muslim elements. But the fact is that with Democratic control of Congress, Guantanomo would likely now be closed.

and can you name a single country on the planet that does not “support” Saudi Arabia through full diplomatic relations, direct foreign aid, and/or trade?

being President of the United States means you deal with reality not utopian visions of what might be. the reality is that without Saudi Arabian petroleum, America stops driving.

So you sit in that Oval Office facing a choice of living up to perfect humanitarian ideals or having enough fuel so that people do not freeze and groceries get from the farm to the store

          • Cosmic_Surfer October 6th, 2014 at 10:43 am

“and can you name a single country on the planet that does not “support” Saudi Arabia through full diplomatic relations, direct foreign aid, and/or trade?”

Moot – in fact, a great logical fallacy.

“I just don’t share your pessimistic views of the nature of this country. Certainly there are anti Muslim elements. But the fact is that with Democratic control of Congress, Guantanomo would likely now be closed.”

Uh, not pessimistic – actually know we can do so much better but complacency is rampant…As exhibited.

As far as a “democratic congress” closing GTMO? Not on your life. If Obama really wanted to close it it would have been closed the same way it was opened (that same law that he uses to bomb Syria – Read the law)

GTMO is also instituted under the Patriot Act and NDAA. Both Obama and Democrat approved.

As far asx living up to “humanitarian ideals or having enough fuel so that people do not freeze and groceries get from the farm to the store” – You really don’t get it do you?

Humanitarian ideals demand that people don;’t freeze or starve – Fossil Fuels destroy that

      • Nexus926 October 4th, 2014 at 3:38 pm

Jimmy Carter was humble. Great man. Not much of a president.

    • arc99 October 4th, 2014 at 2:28 pm

they also continue trying to propagate the laughable fiction that “both sides do it”.

when the hell did the ACLU ever try to have a President of the United States deported.

no both sides do not do it. it is only the far right wing where certifiably insane behavior is accepted as normal political discourse and dissent.

  19. Lorraine Easterling October 4th, 2014 at 1:49 pm

What an ignorant man. He needs to be deported for his ignorance. Since he hates President Obama so much he should leave this country himself. Maybe he will be happier.

“Barry Soetero” was taken from an April Fools Day article in Britain that used a Photoshop student ID with his photo and that name to “prove” he was a foreign student. Right-wing blogs took over and the April Fools nature of the story was removed. That’s just one Birther argument that is demonstrably false.

    • Bouncerquinn October 25th, 2014 at 11:40 am

Everything you type is bogus. Every time someone points to a news article, you claim it to be a tabloid type publication. When in fact that is all that you have. You aren’t even a has been, you are a long term wannabe!!

  23. OldLefty October 4th, 2014 at 2:39 pm

    Even William Kristol said, on Conservativism becoming a racket;

“Every great cause begins as a movement, becomes a business, and
    eventually degenerates into a racket.”

At this point, it is just about getting contributions and selling email lists.

  24. mrbigstuff October 4th, 2014 at 2:58 pm

The right wing is so easy 2 be taken in,I could use xtra income today I’m starting the Back To Africa movement as an African American they will think I’m sincere,Hopefully I expect a couple of million from the Kock Bros to kick things off and like the right wing grifters I’ll spend all the money on myself,at least I will admit 2 it.

  25. Nexus926 October 4th, 2014 at 3:37 pm

The world is full of conspiracy nuts, many of whom pronounce themselves “experts” who then make a good living lecturing, writing, heckling and otherwise pulling the wool over the eyes of gullible followers. Klayman is no different than charlatans who claim to have evidence of UFOs, reptilians masquerading as humans, and the faking of the 9/11 attacks. The fact that so many Americans believe his drivel is sad. The fact that many of them vote, even sadder.
