Boy Scout Accidentally Hangs Himself In Effort To Get Merit Badge
A. J. Underwood, 10, was found hanging from his top bunk in his Oneonta, AL home.
“There’s absolutely nothing to indicate he did this on purpose,” Oneonta Police Chief James Chapman said. “He had been in good spirits, he was making good grades.”
The family was headed to a birthday party when A.J.’s mother checked on the boy. She found A.J., one of four children, hanging from the same rope he’d been given to practice knot tying, police said.
Neighbors called 911, but attempts to resuscitate the boy were unsuccessful and A.J. was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

I agree with you here, sometimes it boggles me the distance some will go to drag totally unrelated and often inappropriate subjects into another story just to be spiteful and air some hate about something else.
In this case, how in the world did ‘cheney’ even come into the mind when reading about a 10yo’s death by accident, how?
To be so preoccupied w/hating someone/thing can’t leave a lot of room/time to enjoy life and maybe even spread a few smiles some of the time.

Fairly straightforward how it ‘cheney’ came to mind… it was the article I read IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING reading this article. So any great political motive that you import to the message was totally in your mind. And how the hell can I take the time to enjoy life and impart a few smiles when commenting about the death of a 10 year old??? WTF??? Kid dies, so tell a joke?

Cast doubt on my veracity when I answer you question about how “cheney” came up, apparently feel that I should include a justification and provenance for my posts, claim that I went incredible lengths to make a statement just to be spiteful (a mindreader too! you are amazing!), and then tell me about my preoccupation and how it doesn’t leave me time to stop and smell the roses (look out Dr. Ablow, there is a new shrink in town!) all while not even bothering to mention the child except as a cudgel to beat me with. Real personal for you, eh? Did I insult your idol?
