[su_right_ad]Cliven Bundy appears in a campaign video for independent congressional candidate Kamau Bakari where he dares Eric Holder to come to Nevada. After all, Bundy reasons, he took time to go to Ferguson.

After playing a clip of outgoing U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, labeled “race baiter,” Bundy says that unlike those “billionaire ball team owners” who were forced to apologize for their racist remarks, he is not a “coward.”

“I know black folks have a had a hard time with slavery and you know, the government was in on it. And the government’s in on it again,” Bundy says as spaghetti western music plays in the background. “I worked my whole life without mistreating anybody. A man ought to be able to express himself without being called names.”

In turn, Bakari calls Bundy a “brave white man” who is just what America needs to “put an end to this political correctness stuff.”

Together, the two men decide to challenge Holder to come to Nevada so they can show him they are no cowards. “Mr. Eric Holder, this is one white that’s not scared to talk about race,” Bundy says. “I dare you to come to Las Vegas and talk to us.”

Cliven, the 1960s called. They want you back.

    • red-diaper-baby 1942 October 18th, 2014 at 10:35 am

Actually they don’t. Nobody wants him. He’s no use to anyone except a few deluded RWNJs living in their own narrow-minded little echo-chamber.
Most of us back in the sixties were quite smart, alhough the clothes we wore were pretty awful. Looking at old photographs, I can’t believe how I looked!
But I don’t want this guy back, not at any price.

        I think NW10 meant the 1860s.

yeah, that would make more sense!

    • NW10 October 18th, 2014 at 9:31 am

It’s almost like some Bundy folks think they don’t owe anyone anything…like grazing fees or taxes.

  4. William October 18th, 2014 at 9:35 am

It’s almost like fat, deadbeat, welfare ranchers think other folks owe them something.
I wonder if Sean Hannidy’s loins will tingle once again as his favorite “patriot” spews more racist hate.

    • crc3 October 18th, 2014 at 9:52 am

Why isn’t he in prison for tax evasion? Payoffs and guns is why….

      • William October 18th, 2014 at 9:56 am

I would be willing to bet that when the dust settles some more, there will be a day of reasoning for Clive.

Political correctness exists for a reason. Some, when left to their own devices cannot find it within themselves open their minds to a different opinion. Social shaming for this poor decision making serves a purpose, it prevents these folks from spreading their hate-filled intolerant message to others. The more Bundy and those like him (O’Reilly) are allowed to spew this bile, the more acceptable it becomes – and that is not acceptable. Intolerance, discriminatory and hateful speech and actions should always be discouraged – normalizing these actions only harms the human condition.

Gee, Bundy, since you claim to want to talk to AG Eric Holder so much, why don’t you go to DC and talk to him? That would show everyone that you are not only not a racist, you are not a coward either. As an added bonus, it would expose Holder as the coward, for failing to come to you to talk. I’m not holding my breath, however…

“I worked my whole life without mistreating anybody. A man ought to be able to express himself without being called names.”

Well then, allow ME to express myself: you’re an asshole, Cliven Bundy. And a scofflaw who should be in jail for non-payment of fees owed the USA for using OUR land to feed your cattle. You have been, in effect, stealing from me and every other American by not paying these fees. You’re a thief and a liar and a racist pig. There. I’ve ‘expressed myself.’ I feel better. Now go turn yourself in, or pay your damn bill…..

Koch bros funded token congressional candidate Kamau Bakari sells out saying he agrees with Bundy ‘It’s Almost Like Black Folks Think White Folks Owe Them Something’-Welfare rancher Cliven the tea klansman.

  9. arc99 October 18th, 2014 at 11:15 am

Mr. Bundy, for every Kamau Bakari you get to kiss right wing a$$, there are a thousand black folks who want nothing to do with you, conservatism, or the Republican party.

Furthermore, “political correctness” is just another right wing fairy tale, like the non-existent “liberal media”.

If you are going to dismiss the beliefs and values of other people as “political correctness”, then you should expect other people to treat your beliefs and values with an equal lack of respect, and not be a hypocrite whining about it.

If you cannot respect what I believe in and simply dismiss it as political correctness, then I will phrase this comment using language that you apparently have no problem with since common courtesy is the dreaded “political correctness” that offends you so.

    So, f*ck you, ignorant redneck.

Was that politically incorrect enough for you?

    You’re welcome.

Mr. Bundy? This is the medical examiner’s office. You’re late for your autopsy.

The parts collector wants your brain back. You obviously haven’t been using it.

Here’s the precise point where this ad went terribly wrong:

“Let’s get Bundy to do an ad for us!”

  12. rg9rts October 18th, 2014 at 11:28 am

Bundy is just a common thief stealing from the american people

Well Cliven did the nearly impossible, he found 2 people who are dumber than he is. The first one in the guy in the video and the other guy is taking the video.
