Woman Charged Under Virginia’s Revenge Porn Law
Rachel Lynn Craig, 28, of August County, faces a misdemeanor charge of posting a nude photo of another woman on Facebook.
The law went into effect July 1. It makes it illegal to distribute a sexually explicit image of others without their permission. The phenomenon is called “revenge porn.”
Police Sgt. Brian Edwards says the 22-year-old victim told police that Craig took the photograph from a cell phone belonging to the woman’s boyfriend and posted the image on Facebook. The woman says she had taken the photograph of herself and sent it to her boyfriend’s cell phone.[su_csky_ad]

Well the photo was taken on her property and she took it from HER husband which makes it community property. He should have been man enough to leave his wife and tell the truth. None of these things would have happend had the unknowing wife been approached in a respectful manner. Coming in pretending to be a friend. After the husband banishes her from home he shares with wife. His wife starts to get harassing phone calls from the now banished fake friend who has been sleeping with him. Wife at this point does not know it is her who is harassing her daily or that she has been whoring with her husband. So no after what the wife was subjected to it was not as bad as what the wife had wanted to do. I am surprised she did not do more. It is not like she can be anymore hurt or embarrassed and I’m sure she is still being tormented to this verry day. It is not her fault her husband won’t leave her. In fact I am willing to bet widely wants him to MAN UP and go where he wants to be. I wonder is that the problem in all this he is where he wants to be ? Could that be the real issue and the reason for this constant posting about the same thing all the time? Maybe she should not have fallen for a married man and the lies they tell especially not one who no matter what will always love his wife. I am sure when his wife is not bothered by this scandal they are great together. He would have left long ago if that were what he wanted.
