You might want to rethink online dating after this. A California woman was arrested on Sunday after she illegally tried to enter the home of a man she went on multiple dates with after meeting him online.

The home’s resident did not to be identified, but said that he and the woman, later identified as 28-year-old Genoveva Nunez-Figueroa, had met online and gone on several dates, but had since called it off.

Deputies responded to a home at 5:45 a.m. after a caller reported that the woman had been stuck in the chimney, according to WGHP.

[su_center_ad]The woman was stuck about 8 feet from the top of the chimney for around two hours, Capt. Renee Ferguson of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department said.

In order to get the woman out of the chimney, firefighters had to use jackhammers to partially dismantle it after she had become trapped inside.

The flue had to be lubricated with dish soap before she was lifted out of the chimney, then hoisted from the roof by a ladder truck, according to VCFD Capt. Mike Lindbery.

She was transported to Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center for evaluation, according to the Fire Department. Her condition is not known at this time.

Nunez-Figueroa was charged with illegally entering a residence and providing false information to a peace officer.

“Before you have somebody come in your house really check them out … really give it some time before you let somebody in, because they might want to stay,” the homeowner said.

The woman was found on his rooftop just two weeks prior to the incident.

Worst. date. ever.

Just make sure to close and lock all your doors and windows, and cover your chimney if you decide to go on a date with a crazy person.

nah, don’t cover the chimney, let the fool get stuck and plaster his/her face everywhere. let the people be warned. the crazy fool. that’s good for her.

I watched the video firefighters were trying to pull her out of chimney, they had to break and remove the breaks one by one, lots of money wasted to save this fool.

Maybe, she was trying to pose as Mrs. Claus!

yeah. but, ins. should cover it and they will sue her or the homeowner can sue her, either way, she’ll be dealing with embarrassment and legal expenses for a long time. HA! he should have lit it.

There are many ways, much easier ways to get into a house than through the freaking chimney.

Kinda clever to put a clickbait ad of a young woman who is disturbing her neighbors directly under the pic in the OP. It looks as if they go together.
That kind of thing used to not happen around here….

We don’t have control over which ads show up.

There’s allot of lonely and desperate people out there, after several dates she probably thought something was happening, looks like the rejection was to much for her to handle.
