Eating Their Own: Top Birther Says Ted Cruz Is Ineligible To Be President
A prominent birther who believes that Barack Obama was born in a scary country filled with black people, now says that Sen. Ted Cruz is ineligible to be President, too.
[su_center_ad]Former Arizona sheriff Richard Mack, who now heads the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association — a guild of officers who believe the county sheriff has the authority to defy and arrest federal officials — said in a recent Blog Talk Radio interview that he believes Cruz is ineligible for the presidency, Right Wing Watch reports.
A call came into the show with the caller arguing that the Constitution bars the Canadian-born Cruz from being president.
Mack responded, “That is correct, I try to say that to a lot of people. Ted Cruz cannot run for president of the United States.”
“I like Ted, I’ve met him several times and he’s kind of a friend of mine, but he can’t run for president,” he added..
But Obama’s mother was American, and the same applies to Cruz, thus making them both eligible. In addiction, the President was born in Hawaii.
Cruz previously heaped praise on Mack’s efforts during the armed standoff against the federal government at Cliven Bundy’s ranch in Colorado.

During the program, Mack also discussed the president’s birth certificate, and said it was “real easy to determine that that was a fake and a fraud,” and continued to say the people “who helped fabricate all of these things and people who know about” aren’t coming forward because they’re “all fearing for their lives.”
“I know the person who has done this, they’re all fearing for their lives, obviously, but it’s time to come forward,” he decleard. “The more light you shed on this, the less likely you are to be killed or hurt or put away.”
When Tea Partiers descended on Washington with accusations of a fake birth certificate, one thing was missing: Republicans quelling the unfounded accusations.

fortunately, the USA has a Constitution that currently says it does. Just like Sara’s lawless fling(S) have disqualified her, if Ted’s immigration papers don’t pass USCIS mustard, his current US Citizenship may actually be null and voided. A Texas US Senator not a citizen is no more legal than a fake Canadian Citizenship is for someone from Cuba who aided Fidel Castro.

Teddy, I am thinking you really are not looking to be President at all, you either want to do a gig on radio or just want the attention and speaking fees just like Newt, you might even get to play this for many cycles before you have to actully run.

the elder cruz is a coward and a big mouth who flips and flops and taught his son well. The elder is twice divorced, some catholic he is. He fled cuba after fighting with Castro and getting his sister involved as well as a counter revolutionary. He fled to America, used welfare and more to obtain his college education. He divorced his first wife and mother to his 2 other children to marry an American, they started and lost 2 buisinesses, one in calgary and another here. That is a start

This must be a very sad and depressing Friday for Ted Cruz, it will ruing his entire weekend. How bad Ted is when a famous “Birther” believes he is ineligible for the presidency.
It is also important to know that former Sheriff Richard Ivan Mack is an anti-Government Libertarian, he was the organizer and operator of the entire Cliven Bundy’s standoff. He is the person who had plan to place all women on the front lines.

His mother is (or was, if she’s no longer living) an American citizen. That makes Ted a citizen. The Supreme Court has never decided on the precise definition of “natural born citizen,” but Ted has never had to be naturalized, so he is a “natural born citizen.” All that being said, he will never be president.
