Again there won’t be any repercussions from this upon the adults who gave this child access to a weapon, and now a school board wants to sanction it.

so true. I get more angry and sad with each school shooting and at the adults who come up with excuses why guns and teens are not dangerous when put together

in a very sad way look at the picture of the kids running with their hands held high, learning all about their 2nd amendment rights.

hoping the kid who shot himself doesn`t turn out to be another very troubled child with very easy access to weapons and parents that are asleep at the switch.

Indeed. This incident happened in Sacramento, about 60 miles from me. Then just a few minutes ago, there was a report of another shooting in Auburn, about 30 miles away from Sacramento in “Gold Country” where the gold rush of 1849 started.

No word yet on any fatalities. What we do have though is confirmation that a criminal who is hell-bent on committing mayhem is not going to be dissuaded by a good guy with a gun. As I mentioned above, this is all happening in my back yard, and I am 100% certain that Sacramento and El Dorado county sheriffs are armed.
