After yet another school shooting, many are praying for Marysville, a small city in Washington populated with 63,269 residents. Others are wondering what can be done to prevent the next school shooting because we all know it’s inevitable. A 14-year-old boy with a grudge and a gun went on a rampage

An Open Carry activist Jaylen Fryberg, the latest school shooter, is seen in this social media photo expressing his gratitude for his parents’ birthday gift: a rifle.

Jaylen

[su_center_ad]Naturally, an Open Carry group is planning a march today in St. Louis, thus stoking the flames in Ferguson, as well as expressing their blatant disregard for another mass shooting.

SB656 — which just passed in Sept — allows open carry for those who have a conceal carry permit. However, Amendment 5  — which passed in August —  makes 2nd Amendment rights in Missouri “unalienable.”  The gun rights advocates don’t know what this means.

Some of them are saying Amendment 5 now gives them “Constitutional Carry” which means you can carry any gun without any permit or training. IKR? Who needs training?

According to my source, some of the protesters today want to get a citation so that they can take it to court in order to challenge and test the meaning of Amendment 5. If they win a court case — which is likely —  that would mean it would be finally be clear that permits and training are not required.

Meet Jeffry Smith, the organizer of the event.

The group’s Facebook page states, “SLUNG long guns are welcome *with proper muzzle control*, as are holstered pistols.”

I wanna make Kyle a sammich with a side of freedom fries.

No need to worry because, “I’m also aware that a careless or willfully reckless gun owner may do something stupid and/or dangerous with their gun – like pointing it in someone’s direction, unholstering it, or carrying a longarm without a sling.”

Dakota is exercising his rights, y’all.

If there’s a “misfire” they’ve already predetermined that it will be the fault of liberals, or something.

166 people say they will attend this sh*t show, including NRA supporters, conspiracy theorists, ‘pro-life’ advocates, Darren Wilson supporters, doomsday preppers and others. Like-minded folk.

Matt will be there.

Charlie’s going. Yay!

The organizer of the event, Jeffry Smith, a gun fetishist from Ohio, encourages children to attend the march but discourages “Don’t Tread On Me” flags and clothing, camouflage wear, and “grungy clothes” because he says they are not a militia. But be sure to not wear dark clothes. You see, with dark clothes the guns don’t stand out as much, he explains.

Dave is flashing a gang sign, yo.

Some think Obama is an evil dictator. (I went through all of their Facebook pages).

Kevin’s going.

Obviously these little fellers are members of the 80s band Devo.

The gun Jaylen used in the shooting has been traced to his father, according to a law enforcement source with knowledge of the investigation.

Investigators are searching the family home.

A Beretta .40-caliber handgun is believed to have been used, a federal law enforcement source told CNN.

One thing we do know: The bodies haven’t even been buried in Marysville and an Open Carry march is planned already, because these ‘pro-lifers’ just can’t wait. They must march for freedom, or something. We don’t know these people. Don’t ask us to trust complete strangers, especially unhinged conspiracy theorists walking through an already embattled city with long guns, only one day after another school shooting. Obviously their judgement is off.

Big thanks to my source whose anonymity will be respected here. You rock.

All images obtained and circulated through social media, thereby making them fair use. [su_csky_ad]

    Maybe they can shoot ebola.

Demonstrates once again, what a very silly and unserious people we are.

  2. arc99 October 25th, 2014 at 12:10 pm

Remember, if there is an accident and someone is injured or killed by these gun fetishists, it is all liberals’ fault.

Typical right wingers, blame everyone else for the damage they cause.

    • Jimmy Smith October 25th, 2014 at 12:13 pm

And the paranoia … ‘Maybe some liberals will start shooting and blame it on us’

      • Larry Schmitt October 25th, 2014 at 12:58 pm

Can they name even one time when that happened? People who call themselves liberals aren’t usually the ones who carry guns around everywhere.

  3. Boehner-Monkey October 25th, 2014 at 12:21 pm

I hope no one sets off firecrackers while these guys are marching.
These guys might go crazy while the whole world is watching.

“Fear and Loathing”…I wonder if Hunter Thompson realized that he was forseeing the future of Murika?
Nothing like a parade of morons with high power rifles wandering our streets…

begging people to bring their kids and expecting trouble

  5. William October 25th, 2014 at 12:42 pm

I’ve said it before. If the second amendment ever gets considered for change it won’t be because of the efforts of a liberal(s). It will be because the general public, and responsible gun owners (like me), get fed up with these dipsh*t Rambo wanna-be’s and their bizarre firefight fantasies.

As a group, the people in those photos don’t have the intelligence of a sack of potatoes. I will ask, not for the first time, what event are they supposed to be protecting themselves against with all this firepower? And with your rifle slung over your back, presumably unloaded (although a lot of them will not be, judging from recent news stories), how much good will it do you if the sh*t does hit the fan? As the guy in the Vegas WalMart found out, having a gun makes you a target.

  8. R.J. Carter October 25th, 2014 at 1:04 pm

This explains all the lighted-up police cars I saw at the exits of 70 and 170 this morning (roads near and into Ferguson). I just assumed it was another demonstration day.

St. Louis is big into their guns, though. We actually have a gun oil advertised and sold here. It’s called “Liberal Tears.”

    • tracey marie October 25th, 2014 at 1:12 pm

      that makes you proud?

      • R.J. Carter October 25th, 2014 at 1:14 pm

For the sake of having nothing else to do today, I’ll say, “Sure.”

        • tracey marie October 25th, 2014 at 1:15 pm

          I am done

  9. tracey marie October 25th, 2014 at 1:14 pm

the leader…where to start, never saw a dentist or toothpaste, obviously drinks heavily with that gut and girly arms, and obligatory reflective sunglasses….yep, it’s an impotent loser. The rest of his gang, an unhealthy mix of gang members, white supremacists and just stupid people

  10. NW10 October 25th, 2014 at 1:41 pm

It’s telling how none of these gunloons are around whenever a shooting breaks out.

    • Gareth Smith October 26th, 2014 at 2:28 am

Actually if you did any research at all you might find out that responsible gun owners have made quite a number of defensive gun use situations every year, but that would require actually thinking on your part…..

      • KB723 October 26th, 2014 at 2:42 am

made quite a number of defensive gun use situations every year, but that would require actually thinking on your part…..

It might also require a Link on yours…. 😉

          http://www.vpc.org/studies/justifiable.pdf

Just one study but there’s many to be found, both biased and unbiased…….

          • KB723 October 26th, 2014 at 3:05 am

            Studies are Biased???

          • Gareth Smith October 26th, 2014 at 3:10 am

Shocking as that may seem, just like this article, dragging a totally unrelated event to make some absurd biased point, but apparently it happens……

          • KB723 October 26th, 2014 at 3:19 am

Could be, but wouldn’t that make your reply absurd and biased as well, or is it an opinion, hmmm, now that I am thinking about, perhaps Both???

          • ChrisVosburg October 26th, 2014 at 1:28 pm

Guns are rarely used to kill criminals or stop crimes.

So reads the first sentence of the report you’ve linked to, which goes on to emphasize that the rare instances of this happening are dwarfed by the number of times guns are used in homicides (the “unjustified” kind), suicides, and accidental shootings.

In other words, you appear to be kind of an idiot.

          • Gareth Smith October 26th, 2014 at 1:40 pm

Like I said, the study is biased, the actual number of times that defensive gun use comes into the picture is far more prevalent, estimated in the thousands but most of the incidents don’t get reported or don’t result in death. This is chiefly due to the possible legal repercussions when defending yourself…..

          • ChrisVosburg October 26th, 2014 at 1:56 pm

Perhaps you could unpack that for us, Gareth. In what way exactly do you consider the study to be biased, other than in telling you something you do not wish to believe?

The studies you would like to consider to be unbiased, are undoubtedly the soundly debunked unscientific surveys conducted by overzealous gun humpers like John Lott, whose “research” consisted of asking gun owners, “so, didja ever use a gun to protect yourself or stop a crime?” which is a little like asking adolescent boys if they ever get laid.

The answer, in both cases, is of course, “you bet, lots of times!”, and again, in both cases is pathetically unsupported by any actual evidence.

          • arc99 October 26th, 2014 at 2:11 pm

So the only objective reference you provide is a study which in the very first sentence of the summary, completely contradicts your claim, and your reply is to continue to make the claim while you present your unsubstantiated opinion as a fact.

            Got it. Thanks…

    How embarrassing for my state.

  12. StoneyCurtisll October 25th, 2014 at 2:48 pm

Jeffery needs to spend less on guns and more on his teeth.~!

    Constitutional scholars, all.

I notice that the second picture of Jeffery,(cowboy hat, sunglasses and yellow shirt with blue stripes) is carrying a Norinco MAK 90…(made in China).
He must be a commie supporter~!

    let’s git him boys~!

The Liberal Logic strikes again, I’m sure that this event was deliberately planned Months in Advance to coincide with this unfortunate attack……

    • arc99 October 26th, 2014 at 1:51 pm

Right wing logic strikes again. How dare anyone suggest that common decency and sensitivity to those who have just lost a loved one to a gunshot might be a reason to delay another self-centered display of firearms fetishism.
