[su_center_ad]On Friday afternoon, a fourth teenager was in custody.

The charge is preparation of an obscene video made using their cellphones, according to WSOCTV.

Channel 9 was given access to some of the evidence which showed one disc after another of the cellphone videos of the teens having sex with the 15-year-old girl.

While the 16-year-old boy along with two 16-year-old boys took turns making the videos, the teenage girl was intoxicated and unconscious.

“It doesn’t matter how gruesome or brutal something is with any type of incident they try to put it on their cellphone and save it. Hopefully with this we drive it home with the message this is unacceptable,” Sgt. Chris Hill with Kannapolis Police Department, said.

Randy Velazquez is in jail under a $5,000 bond.

The unidentified accused teen’s mother said, “I’m mad and I’m sad.”

She said she’s having a hard time believing the allegations involving her son and two other students.

According to investigators, the videos were not made on school grounds, They were made at a home where alcohol was involved.

All of the phones from the four teenagers were seized but authorities they couldn’t determine how many people have copies of the videos.

Velazquez’s mother said she has no intention of getting her son out of jail and added that he needs to learn a lesson from the crimes he’s accused of.

Why aren’t the authorities calling it “rape” if the girl was not conscious?

“The charge is preparation of an obscene video”
Seriously, is that the only charge? I don’t understand if it is, why not rape?

The reporter said that “this is a reminder for parents to be vigilant of their kids cell phones and of social media”, WTF’n hell! What about teaching these kids about respecting others and that having non-consensual sex is a serious violation of one’s body. #Priorities!

Young and criminally stupid. I blame it on their terrible upbringing.

What kills me, other than that they haven’t been charged with rape yet (that could still come, prosecutors are probably deciding the level)

“Parents said this is a reminder for parents to be vigilant when it comes to their teens cell phones and social media.

“It’s not just calls. It’s pictures, texts, Facebook all of them,” said mother Cathy Davis.”

Personally, I would think that the whole rape things would be a bit more important, a bit of a reminder to teach kids “hey! Rape is bad”. Or, are these parents thinking that things like rape are OK as long as they are not on phones and social media?

Cut off their penises and make them eat them, and then let them bleed out
