[su_right_ad]Congressman Darrell Issa loves to retweet his followers’ family members who served in the military.  This led to a Friday prank.

As The Daily Dot reports, one user — @BrooklynJuggler — sent Issa a photograph of his “Uncle Lee” in uniform in 1956. Issa retweeted the photograph, despite that clearly being Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who shot and killed President John F. Kennedy in 1963…

Other pranks included one user getting an image of Nazi leader Heinrich Himmler retweeted by the congressman.[su_csky_ad]

It’s sometimes hard to believe this guy was even smart enough to steal a car.

So eager to use the military for self aggrandizement that he is easily fooled. What a poor excuse for a Congressman.

Issa is only one year younger than me born in 1953. I will never forget the face of Lee Harvey Oswald. I do not see how anyone of my generation could fail to recognize that visage.

Doing my best here to engage in the extremely uncomfortable gesture of giving Rep. Issa some benefit of the doubt. If his Twitter account is managed by young staffers who do not know their asses from a hole in the ground, not to mention American history of the past 50 years, then I suggest the Congressman find someone more experienced to Tweet on his behalf.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) is floating legislation that would name most U.S. coastal waters after former President Ronald Reagan.

Yes, the grand theft auto man really did.

There’s already too much pollution in those waters.
