[su_right_ad]Here’s another example of Republicans doing a really good bad job of working with the White House.

Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX) said on Monday that impeaching President Obama “would be a consideration” if he moves forward unilaterally on immigration.

Barton’s comments were made during an interview with former Rep. J.D. Hayworth (R-AZ), who now hosts NewsMaxTV’s “America’s Forum.”
Barton was asked about the possibility that Obama could take executive action to slow deportations.

“Well impeachment is indicting in the House and that’s a possibility. But you still have to convict in the Senate and that takes a two-thirds vote,” Barton said. “But impeachment would be a consideration, yes sir.”[su_csky_ad]

They’re dumb enough to try it, I am certain if Obama moves ahead w/immigration reform they will vote to impeach.

    • tracey marie November 10th, 2014 at 10:16 pm

They will use any excuse to impeach…they will lose everything if they follow through.

      • edmeyer_able November 10th, 2014 at 10:24 pm

I think it will rally their base if they move to impeach. Just look at the r’s that won this time , mitchmcconnel joni ernst, the gov elect in texas…my Lord how dumb are these people

        • tracey marie November 10th, 2014 at 10:27 pm

theose are not the ones who will push for racist impeachment. the teabaggers are large in mouth but small in actual numbers.

        • tracey marie November 10th, 2014 at 10:28 pm

Abbot in Texas does not scare me as much as patrick, lt govenor.

        • fahvel November 11th, 2014 at 4:11 am

how dumb? what a silly question – dumb would be a compliment for these racist sobs who more and more outwardly represent the usa to the rest of the so-called civilized world -the part of the world, the so called uncivilized have known what the usa is about globally for a long long time.

W(here)TF is Mr. Pachyderm’s holy book and M-16? Not only that, but his pants are zipped up and there’s no flight tickets to South America paid by taxpayers in his coat pocket! cartoons is becoming just so unrealistic and inaccurate and about as interesting as Sara staggering into a party where no body knows W(ho)TF she is!

[actually this cartoon is as factual as reality]

        • Larry Schmitt November 11th, 2014 at 5:14 am

Tickets are electronic now, rest assured, he has them.

        What? lol

A whole week before one of these idiots blurted it out. I admire their restraint!

  5. Tommy6860 November 10th, 2014 at 10:28 pm

Impeaching the man and apologizing to oil companies who pollute on massive scales; that’s what congressional legislators form Texas give us.

  6. searambler November 10th, 2014 at 10:54 pm

Go for it, House GOP. Impeach away. Lemme know how that works out for ya in 2016……..

  7. Tim Coolio November 10th, 2014 at 10:54 pm

  8. burqa November 10th, 2014 at 10:57 pm

DANG! – Sara use to be right up there in the top three. Appears like sagging is becoming the norm for her, especially being she’s behind Michelle -so, I guess eating apples while fleeing reporters at a brisk trot makes for a better figure than being a lush speeding in the tundra?

    • Suzanne McFly November 11th, 2014 at 8:44 am

Good list, but a lot of them deserve the #1 spot.

      • Dwendt44 November 11th, 2014 at 11:44 am

I would thing Gohmer would be higher on the list. His pie hole is a lot more active that Herm Cain.

        • Suzanne McFly November 11th, 2014 at 11:59 am

I would think palin would be higher, but it upsets me that she would probably take that as a compliment. She hasn’t been relevant in years, but she still makes me nauseous.

  9. Obewon November 10th, 2014 at 11:39 pm

“Issa’s 0 Indictments” following 50 weeks of hearings per year prove Big Oil Rep. Joe Barton (R-TX) is still as threatened by reality as when as Energy committee chair he tried to scuttle construction of the National Ignition Facility in 2005, completed in 2009! ‘How we built a star on Earth’ for energy independence scares the bejesus out of Big Oil GOP!

  10. granpa.usthai November 10th, 2014 at 11:57 pm

nice way to keep the government near shut down, but I don’t think it’ll do a damn thing for making sure veterans have equal medical treatment and facilities as members of Congress, or get the economy Booming in warp speed overdrive, AS PROMISED by Republican members of Congress.

    • Bunya November 11th, 2014 at 12:17 am

Look at the bright side. As long as the GOP is distracted with birth certificates, college transcripts and Benghazi, they won’t be thinking of ways to start a war with Syria or Iran.

      • Dwendt44 November 11th, 2014 at 11:42 am

        I bet they can.

        • Bunya November 11th, 2014 at 12:14 pm

You’re probably right. With the GOP, war always trumps piddly projects like the economy and anything needed for our veterans.

  11. red-diaper-baby 1942 November 11th, 2014 at 2:51 am

Well, he’s a Democrat, a centrist, a sane man and black: Obviously he must have stolen the election (twice). We sure can’t have somelike that as President!

  12. Boehner-Monkey November 11th, 2014 at 4:09 am

Hillary, please crush them into bits already!!! (Or Liz 🙂 )

  13. Larry Schmitt November 11th, 2014 at 5:12 am

Is accepting a paycheck under false pretenses a crime? If it is, a majority of congress should be impeached.

I have problems when I come here on my phone. I am not sure what the problem is, but on my laptop I generally have no problem.

      • Dwendt44 November 11th, 2014 at 11:41 am

I don’t visit all that many sites, but this one is the slowest loading of all of them. And a couple have discus too. All the ads load first.

        • Suzanne McFly November 11th, 2014 at 11:56 am

On my phone and sometimes on my laptop, my comments will just freeze and not let me continue to type. I haven’t had any problems with the page loading… least not yet.

        • mea_mark November 11th, 2014 at 12:33 pm

You might look for an app that will block flash for whatever browser you are using. I use one since I am on satellite internet that is expensive and slow already. Hate paying for data going to ads and the way they slow things down.

This from the guy that apologized to BP after they turned the Gulf into a giant oil slick… go figure!
