That is the charge against 28-year-old Robinson.

[Robinson] stands accused of murdering his 350-pound father, chopping the body into small pieces, placing those pieces into a set of stacked storage boxes, and using the assemblage as a TV stand. Authorities found the body only after a downstairs neighbor noticed “pink liquid” dripping through his ceiling, the BBC reports…

The son allegedly used a box cutter, saw, and hacksaw to chop up his father’s large body—Spiller was 6’5″—and placed the head in a filing cabinet. After the alleged murder, Robinson took about $12,000 of his father’s money and went on vacation, according to prosecutors.[su_csky_ad]

“After the alleged murder, Robinson took about $12,000 of his father’s money and went on vacation, according to prosecutors.” Well, that’s a lot of work! I’d take a vacation, too.

And here’s to you, Mr. Robinson. Jesus loves you more than you will know. Whoa whoa whoa. I have just one word for you: Plastic. As in plastic storage boxes, the kind that don’t leak pink liquid when you store your chopped up dad in them as a makeshift TV stand. Y’know?

Reasons to be cheerful, part 4:
    1. Dad always wanted to be on TV, but couldn’t cut it.
    2. Dad couldn’t stand TV. Now he can.
    3. Dad’s favorite TV show: Chopped.
    4. Dad can’t think outside the box.
    5. After Glenn Beck was taken off the air, Dad went to pieces.
