Officer Jason Miller is accused of exposing his genitals to male motorists five times.

Miller, who is employed in Newton, N.J., as a police officer, was suspended from his job without pay.

He surrendered at the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office on Monday and was charged with “two counts of second-degree official misconduct, one count of third-degree pattern of official misconduct and the disorderly persons offense of lewdness,” reports the New Jersey Herald.

The Newton Police Department began an investigation when it received an anonymous email tip on Oct. 23 and another tip on Oct. 24.

According to NJ.com, Newton police began reviewing video recordings from patrol cars and interviewing possible victims…

Anthony Iacullo, who is Miller’s lawyer, said that the officer “vehemently denies these allegations.”[su_csky_ad]

if he exposed himself 5 times, why is he only being charged with only two counts of a lewd act? and why not fire him?
