Man With Rifle And Ammo Arrested At The White House
[su_right_ad]Renae Kapheim, a 41-year-old man from Davenport, Iowa, was arrested outside the White House Wednesday after he approached uniformed Secret Service officers.
He said that someone had told him that he should come to the White House, so he had driven to Washington to do so,” said a senior law enforcement official. “The officers interviewed him there and realized that there needed to be further investigating because something wasn’t right.”
Mr. Kapheim consented to a search of his car, and in the course of that search, the officers found a hunting rifle in his trunk and the ammunition.
The officers arrested Mr. Kapheim, took him for additional questioning and seized his car.
He has been charged with possession of an illegal firearm.[su_csky_ad]

That was my first thought when I saw the headline of the article; but if that was the case why did HE approach Secret Service, and start talking with them? Something’s very odd about the whole thing, but I don’t think this guy was a typical conservative nutjub looking to exercise his 2nd Amendment solutions.
