[su_center_ad]Congressman Mo Brooks of Alabama believes if President Obama gives amnesty to undocumented immigrants, he’ll be a felon worthy of jail.

Said Brooks: “At some point, you have to evaluate whether the president’s conduct aids or abets, encourages, or entices foreigners to unlawfully cross into the United States of America. That has a five-year in-jail penalty associated with it.”

But Obama might not be impeached: “If the president is simply not obeying a statute that is noncriminal in nature, that does not necessarily rise to a high crime or a misdemeanor. I don’t know what he’s going to do yet. Until we see what he’s going to do, it is difficult to say whether he is violating a civil statute or violating a criminal statute.”[su_csky_ad]

      • M D Reese November 20th, 2014 at 8:35 pm

They can’t get over that he was actually elected twice without the interference of the supreme court. I think that Obama has done an amazing job of not just laughing ion their faces. I’ll bet when he’s alone he just shakes his head…

hell, if I was POTUS, this late in the game, I’d be sitting in the oval office, jeans, tee shirt and no shoes answering the speaker phone with a double large shake in one hand, a triple beef burger with grey poupon mustard in the other with an extra large fries spilled across the oval desk – and beer – lots and lots of beer – so much beer that I’d have no recollection of anything. So much beer I’d stand in front of the oval office window and yell out KISS MY EXCELLENT MAUI TANNED BUTTOCKS!

          • whatthe46 November 20th, 2014 at 10:19 pm

            LOL…

        Excellent!

      • granpa.usthai November 20th, 2014 at 9:49 pm

I think what really irks them the most is that POTUS Obama will go down in world history as the greatest leader in His time, and perhaps one of the greatest leaders of all time. If Wayoff or some other POTUS hater would like to compare actual records instead of made up Reich Wing horsesh*t, let’s do it.

        • whatthe46 November 20th, 2014 at 10:18 pm

agreed. but on wayout… don’t hold your breath.

  2. Tommy6860 November 20th, 2014 at 8:23 pm

Screw him. Only the white privileged bigoted legislators feel that black presidents are not allowed their to use their prosecutorial discretion as our nations leader.

    • M D Reese November 20th, 2014 at 8:32 pm

They had no problem with GOP Presidents using their Executive orders.

  3. tracey marie November 20th, 2014 at 8:48 pm

shut the hell up you inbred white racist

  4. StoneyCurtisll November 20th, 2014 at 8:52 pm

Congressman Mo Brooks of Alabama is a liar…(there is no amnesty)..
And what Mo deserves is something I will not mention.

    • fahvel November 21st, 2014 at 3:00 am

      hell, mention it!!!!!

  5. Obewon November 20th, 2014 at 8:52 pm

  6. Electriq November 20th, 2014 at 8:57 pm

When stupid, petty people like him acquire power, they use it to persecute others. Oh, and to enrich themselves.

  7. tiredoftea November 20th, 2014 at 9:22 pm

Rest easy, Moe! No amnesty was announced. But, you will make idiotic statements, regardless, right?

    • Tommy6860 November 20th, 2014 at 9:23 pm

Yes, because context is a difficult thing for the simpleton (aka bigoted) legislators.

      • fahvel November 21st, 2014 at 3:00 am

it’s not the context being missed, it’s their pure evil attitudes that reflect nothing but having hated the idea of a black man in a white house.

  8. granpa.usthai November 20th, 2014 at 9:44 pm

from the people where walking while black is a crime worthy of the death penalty carried out immediately in the streets and back yards of America – I don’t think so.

  9. burqa November 20th, 2014 at 11:04 pm

Obviously, Congressman “Mo” Brooks is dipping his toe in the waters for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination with a comment stupid enough to not just win a place in the RIGHT WING DUNCE CONTEST, but he has leaped over 5 contenders at the bottom of the list to make it into the top 20.

funny but how are you going to fight such a unified group of idiots – Jane Goodall might have some ideas but then I must apologize to the chimps – they make that list look more like slugs.

    • Larry Schmitt November 21st, 2014 at 8:19 am

I think they’re all tied for first place.

Grandstanding Ignorance; a prerequisite to be an elected GOP congress person.

What a loon ….HEY People …these are the clowns that are going to run the country into the ground in the name of saving it for the nest two years

    • fahvel November 21st, 2014 at 2:56 am

agree! but, other than complain, what do you folks plan on doing immediately in the face of such a possible degradation of the effective govt of the usa – seems easier to be a racist like the repubs than it is to be a truly humane reactionary with an immediate goal.

      • rg9rts November 21st, 2014 at 3:04 am

I didn’t vote gopee and the bagger that tried to retake our seat got a kick in her ass too.

        • fahvel November 21st, 2014 at 9:05 am

that’s not an answer to the ? Now that the balance of power seems to rest in the garbage can, does the liberal, progressive left in the usa have any firm method to counter it? I’m not talking about your so called representatives who represent themselves – only you, the people.

          • rg9rts November 21st, 2014 at 9:06 am

            and YOUR solution is???

          • fahvel November 22nd, 2014 at 3:03 am

I don’t care – it’s not my country – other than the fact that the state of the usa and this bullshit global economy affects everyone – one might try demonstrations in front of politicians homes – non stop – but $$$ makes it inconvenient – as so many on this sight have suggested, the bundy goons were all on some public assistance – fixing the broken takes some sacrifice.

          • rg9rts November 22nd, 2014 at 3:07 am

And as an outsider all YOU can do is complain??? Come and change it…cheap shots across the fence doesn’t change a damn thing…does it?
