Robert Kerns, the former head of the Montgomery County Republican Party in Pennsylvania, will take his sexual assault case to trial before a judge, after he waived his right to a jury trial, according to Main Line Times.     It was a liberal conspiracy. His intentions were misinterpreted. But he’s prayed on it and knows that resigning his office is best for his family at this time.
