Dad Shoots 9-Month-Old Daughter While Cleaning Gun
Pedro Rosales was cleaning his gun when it went off and shot 9-month-old Jessica.
Police said a bullet Pedro Rosales, 47, fired from an unregistered Colt .45 handgun punched a hole into Jessica’s hip and went out her back. The gun was found inside the apartment.
The baby’s mother, Jessica Aguilar, 24, told cops she was out for most of the day. When she returned, her child was crying and there was blood on her clothes.
The parents will face criminal charges.[su_center_ad]

IDK, but there are too many of them and they should have sensitive body parts removed for every time they take out their guns for cleaning. And, my personal vote for a home gun safe is shoving those guns far in their asses!

She didn’t protect her baby from the loaded gun and it’s bullet did she? She also likely knew the stolen gun was purchased by her husband or the DA wouldn’t have evidence to file these charges.

There are a couple of states that have special handling and storage laws when children are in the home. I don’t know for certain if that’s the case here but it could be.

-if the parents get a white Florida DL, they should be OK – if either of them belong to a well regulated militia, there’s not a whole lot that could happen – except the cleaner would be disciplined for not following proper cleaning procedures. (well regulated militias spend a lot of time training in weapons safety – could be part of the reason the founding fathers filled up some space in the 2nd amendment? NRA Terrorist Leaders probably made a few cents off the shot. Good thing America has ACA, otherwise the kid would have probably had to crawl into an alley way and wait for the Republican,s God’s will to be done.

NY prosecution for unlawful gun nut discharge earns 3 years to 15 years in prison for Darwin’s discards! This should be a Federal Law for any gun nut cleaning loaded weapons.

You got all of that out of that one little statement? Your family must be proud of you. Taking things out of context is a teabaggin-repug thing.. should I ‘assume’ you are.. then I’d be taking things out of context too.
Owning a gun might be a right to bear arms.. but a person who owns a gun does not have the ‘right’ to end lives or harm other people.. just because they have a weapon. There is a tremendous amount of RESPONSIBILITY that goes along with that right.
One of the responsibilities is having enough common sense .. another is a temperament ..a person who would not flare up and take what they see out of context for what is ‘really’ there.
