Sheriff Joe Arpaio joined Alan Colmes on his show last night to explain why he’s suing President Obama over his executive action on immigration.

Arpaio

[su_center_ad]Alan pointed out that this president has deported more undocumented immigrants than his predecessors. Arpaio claimed that the statistics are skewed.

Colmes noted that Obama will not allow criminals to stay in the country, and that Congress allowed a bill to remain stagnant, and that Ronald Reagan did something far more extensive; yet, Reagan wasn’t sued.

Arpaio said that people sue him so he can sue, too.

The Arizona Sheriff also noted that his investigation into Obama’s birth certificate is ongoing, even though, as Colmes noted, the President has released his birth certificate twice. The interview gets really interesting when Colmes asks him for evidence that Obama released a “fraudulent document” as Arpaio claims.

Watch:

“Keep in touch,” Arpaio says at the end of the interview. [su_csky_ad]

The fact that he holds a position of authority is frightening.

Right, and his argument is I know you are but what am I? That is all this supposedly educated person can come up with? He is proof the nuts have nothing but hatred fueling their fears.

He dismisses all of Alan’s facts with a simple “so what”, then says he wants more facts about the Presidents birth certificate. The only facts he wants is his own. Typical! Typical! Typical! Damn that was frustrating to listen to. Alan must have Zen master qualities to stay calm through an interview like that.

I couldn’t even click on it, I was pissed when I seen the slobs face.

That’s also his STATED fiscal policy: “So what?”

I get this picture of Sheriff Joe standing in front of a mirror, wearing pink panties and saying “Would you sue me? I’d sue me!”…
    I’ll see myself out, now.

‘Executive order i’m not get’n into that, dat’s my constitutional lawyers job. He will only deport “Felons not families everyone else gets a free pass.” ‘Why do we keep talk’n about other presidents.’-birther Arpaio: “the lawyers doin it for nutin. I don’t want to pay.”
“I’m a high profile guy!”-Delusions of grandeur disorder:

“I’ve got some experts to prove (those birth certificates) a forgery” “He never gave ME a copy! That is Not the original birth certificate.”-Arpaio’s numerous lawsuit losses cost taxpayers $3 million+ annually. Insurers make Arpaio’s voters pay the first $5M of each suits costs.

I don’t know about “most other states,” but Hawaii sure didn’t destroy “all decaying original birth certificates.”

      • Obewon November 25th, 2014 at 8:16 pm

Sure they did. You’re just stupidly uninformed about Hawaii, California and many other states digitizing moldy decaying 1960’s originals to save expensive costs of document restoration and humidity controlled environments.

I was born in Seattle Washington. The only Certified Birth certificate available to me for my U.S. Passport isn’t an original, but a reproduction e.g. Exhibit A for debunked Airheads. http://www.factcheck.org/2008/08/born-in-the-usa/

        • Dave B. November 25th, 2014 at 8:53 pm

Well, at least you had the sense to rethink that “stupidly uninformed,” which would’ve been a really…stupid thing to let stand.

“”We don’t destroy vital records,” Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo said. “That’s our whole job, to maintain and retain vital records.””

“”I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawai’i State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai’i State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai’i and is a natural-born American citizen,” Fukino said in a statement.”

“In 2001, Hawai’i’s paper documents were reproduced in electronic format but “any paper data prior to that still exists,” Health Department spokeswoman Okubo said.”

          http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/2009/Jul/28/ln/hawaii907280345.html

And from YOUR OWN REFERENCE, for crying out loud:

“The Associated Press quoted Chiyome Fukino as saying that both she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate.”

“Fukino said she has “personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.””

          Now about that “Airheads…”

And what the heck does your being born in Seattle, Washington, have to do with Hawaii’s record-keeping practices?

          • Obewon November 25th, 2014 at 9:23 pm

Are you a birther? If so you’re foolishly delusional. Buh-bye!

FYI> “”We don’t destroy vital records,” They record the data for legally accurate reproductions. The originals are & were destroyed long ago.

          • Dave B. November 25th, 2014 at 10:25 pm

Okay, this time you at least had the sense to edit out that “foolishly delusional…” See that part up there about

“In 2001, Hawai’i’s paper documents were reproduced in electronic format but “any paper data prior to that still exists,” Health Department spokeswoman Okubo said.”

Feel free to try and come up with ANY reference from the Hawaii State Department of Health indicating such records were destroyed.

Considering I’m the one who’s stating the facts consistent with what the Hawaii State Department of Health and the President and his representatives have said, and YOU’RE the one whose views are more in line with birther goofiness, it would be more appropriate to ask you:
            are YOU a birther?

This is what the face of fringe right wing permanent hysteria looks like. We got the “reasonable” version from McCollugh last night. Which one is more frightening?

  6. m2old4bs November 25th, 2014 at 8:15 pm

Oh my. He’s such an embarrassment. I truly believe the guy has dementia. Yeah, I know: “So what?”

  7. NelsonRobison November 25th, 2014 at 8:58 pm

Too bad Joe is developing immaturity driven politicide! The fact is that Joe is another in a long line of idiots who think that because someone is doing something to them that they have to reciprocate that same action in the courts.
