Man Charged With Sexual Assault; His Name: Phuc Kieu

Kieu — more formally Phuc X. Kieu — was watching gay porn on a portable DVD player in his car when a second man walked by after withdrawing $220 from an ATM, according to local authorities.
Kieu, a 58-year-old Orlando resident, yanked the man inside his Honda Civic, straddled him and tried to pull off his clothes.
The alleged victim managed to wriggle out of Kieu’s grasp and ran to a nearby shopping center yelling, “Rapist!”
The man’s stash of cash from the ATM was missing — as was his backpack, which Kieu ripped off him when he fled.
Kieu was charged with sexual assault, kidnapping and robbery without a weapon and was held on $150,000 bail.[su_r_sky_ad]
