Cleveland Cops Waited 4 Minutes To Give First Aid To Tamir Rice

Rookie officer Timothy Loehman shot Tamir Rice twice in a Cleveland park on Nov. 22, after police mistook the boy’s toy gun for a real one. He died a day later at a hospital.
After the 26-year-old cop delivered the two point-blank-range shots, Loehmann and his partner, Frank Garmback, took cover near their police cruiser, Cleveland.com reported.
The boy lay bleeding in the grass for four minutes before a medically trained FBI agent responded to the scene. Then, one of the cops administered life-saving care until a team of medics showed up three minutes later.[su_csky_ad]

I’m surprised they didn’t give him a kill shot to the head while he lay dying on the ground.
This was murder, plain and simple. But as we all know, white cops can kill black kids with impunity in the United States of America.

When blacks are considered expendable cops do what they want to do without any fear of repercussions. Catastrophic civil unrest (riots) may be in the future and police assassinations (shootings) may also begin to happen with great frequency. Whatever happens…the future looks bleak imo…
