Rhode Island Teen Arrested For Doing 127 MPH

Ryan Quinn, 19, of Newport, Rhode Island, was clocked by a Special Enforcement Unit plane that monitors traffic during high traffic and holiday periods. Insurance companies know all about this behaviour and charge accordingly, as anyone who’s put a teen boy on their policy understands all too well.
