[su_right_ad]Peter King’s defense of the killing of Eric Garner has been backed up by Arizona Congressman Matt Salmon.

While speaking with Newsmax host J.D. Hayworth today, the Arizona Republican said protesters should recognize that “it was clear to the grand jury that [the police officer] operated under the scope of his authority and he did what any reasonable officer would’ve done to subdue somebody that was resisting arrest.”

“Justice was served,” he added. “That’s the way the process works.”

Salmon added that he is tired of those who “constantly” bring up “allegations of profiling or whatever the case may be,” including “people who profit off of perpetuating these kinds of schisms in our society like Al Sharpton and those guys that are always constantly out there trying to make something that doesn’t exist.”an-denounces-people-protesting-eric-garner-case#sthash.h5OdoMSQ.dpuf

i wonder if he thinks that justice was served when the “afluenza kid” was only sentenced to rehab in the murders of 4 innocent people and the near deaths of 2 others, who were all white? when there’s a ban on a procedure that was used to cause the death of a human being, how can that be justified? he can go fk himself with a spiked 10″ in rounded stick. DRY!!!!!

Again I am still waiting to hear from those non racist right wingers that many on the left say exist

    • ExPFCWintergreen December 4th, 2014 at 6:59 pm

I don’t know of a single person, commentator, or politician on the left who has ever said, or even hinted at saying, that there exist “non-racist right-wingers.”

      • Ron Jackson December 4th, 2014 at 7:06 pm

When I say all right wingers are racist, there have been those that have posted that not all right wingers are racist, when in fact all right wingers are racist

        • ExPFCWintergreen December 4th, 2014 at 7:25 pm

Perhaps not all conservatives are racist, especially those of the “RINO” variety, but conservative policy recommendations clearly favor whites; I think it goes without saying, however, that any/everyone right of the median Republican is undeniably racist.

The right of the people to peaceably assemble to address grievances shall not be infringed.

Do tear gas and rubber bullets count as infringing?

  4. arc99 December 4th, 2014 at 7:15 pm

But if you are on old white guy and admitted criminal like Cliven Bundy, protesting against law enforcement makes you a patriot.

The magnitude of the hypocrisy in all of this is nauseating.

    Color blind America?

    Horsesh*t..

It seems pretty clear to the protesters that the institution of law enforcement in America is corrupt. The cops are above the law and the lawyers are protecting them. What the police want to do, they can do, and get away with. The lawyers and those with most of the money dictate the rules and determine who live and dies. The people of America are chattel to the 1%. The cops, the lawyers, and attorneys are the henchman, the enforcers of the will of the 1% over the 99%. The protesters are aware, the people are aware that the system is corrupt. Injustice is.
