Given that Democrats of consistently wanted the torture report released since long before the words of Jonathan Gruber were made public, this is just nonsense.

The call for Gruber to testify was on 11/21/2014.
Sen. Feinstein has been trying to get the report released for months, facing objections from both the White House and Senate Republicans.
The Senate is set to adjourn around December 12 according to the latest info I can find.
When they readjourn in January, the GOP will be in control and the report would likely be buried.
Sen. Feinstein took the only opportunity she had to release the report and as usual, right wing Republicans are lying their a$$es off about the whole series of events.

just balking at the report being accomplished should alert most thinking Americans to the facts. To the rest of the world (victims especially) we rank no higher than the last ‘master race’ Reich.
