I don’t know about most of these cases but the one about Dinwiddie is questionable at best. The officer was shot breaking into a house through the window in the early morning before dawn. Some people think the police way overstepped their boundaries. Since then the department has changed its policies on executing warrants. Well….I can accuse West of being a dishonorably discharged military blockhead, a lying and reprehensible fringe wingnut and I would be correct, so plagiarism isn’t hard to believe at all.

I think plagiarism is the least of the concerns here.
Regardless of where the posts originated, the salient point is that no one is claiming that the shooters in any of those incidents was justified. What kind of monumental ignorance does it take to be completely oblivious to that very significant difference?
